We’ve been impressed with Grain Traders, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The concept was born through the experience of fresh ingredients and food I experienced in Los Angeles and presented with love to the cosmopolitan community in Singapore. There it’s been interpreted and developed by an international team, absorbing culture and culinary inflictions from Asia to South America, so coming back to Los Angeles feels like we’ve come full circle. We strongly believe that the Grain Traders brand should represent nourishment beyond food. We want to create an experience that is uplifting and inspiring for all who interact with the brand. Which is why our setting, environment and the design experience of the restaurant is incredibly critical for us, it has to tell a story, transports our guest and ignites curiosity & exploration.
