Marie’s Coffee got its start at home in 2024. Word quickly spread about its specialty lattes, known for their fun toppings and bold coffee flavor. With the support of its growing community, Marie’s opened its first mobile coffee trailer just a year later.

Recently, Marie’s celebrated the trailer’s first anniversary with a community celebration featuring local vendors, giveaways, and limited-edition merchandise. It was a milestone made possible by the customers and supporters who have been part of the journey.

With a memorable first year behind it, Marie’s Coffee is excited to keep growing, serving the community, and seeing what the next chapter brings.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. In mid-2025, we were reported to the county for selling coffee from home without the required permit. At the time, we were saving up to get the proper permits, but looking back, that report was a blessing in disguise. It pushed us to take the next step and get our coffee trailer.

Even after getting the trailer, we faced more obstacles and had a lot to figure out along the way. It’s been a learning experience, with plenty of challenges, but we’re proud of how far we’ve come.

Marie’s Coffee is a mobile coffee business that started out of our home in 2024. We’re known for our specialty lattes—the fun toppings and presentation catch people’s attention, but the bold coffee flavor is what keeps them coming back. We want the coffee to come through in every drink, even with cold foam, drizzles, or other toppings.

Our menu includes everything from classic espresso drinks to matcha, chai, and refreshers. You can keep it simple with your everyday coffee or try something a little more adventurous. We also offer catering for private events and celebrations, bringing the Marie’s experience to people’s special occasions.

What makes Marie’s special to us is the connection we’ve built with our customers. We’ve watched people who first supported us from home become regulars at our trailer, bring their friends, and celebrate milestones with us. That continued support means a lot, especially knowing the challenges it took to get here.

Brand-wise, we’re most proud of building something people recognize, enjoy, and want to share with others. We put a lot of ourselves into Marie’s, and we want readers to know that behind every drink is a small team working hard, learning as we go, and caring about what we serve.
