Hidden Gems: Meet Lizbeth Nunez of L.N.E MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lizbeth Nunez

Lizbeth, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Hi, my name is Lizbeth Nunez.

First and foremost, I want to thank God for blessing me with this opportunity. Without Him, I wouldn’t be here. My story isn’t about luck or handouts—it’s about faith, hustle, and showing up every single day, even when the odds were against me.

I am the daughter of immigrants—my father from Nicaragua, my mother from El Salvador. Growing up, I watched my parents work tirelessly for everything they had. Nothing was handed to us. I learned early on that if I wanted something, I had to go out and get it myself.

As the oldest sister, I didn’t have a blueprint. No one held my hand through college, corporate life, or entrepreneurship. I figured it out, made mistakes, and kept pushing forward.

But one thing I always knew? Education was my way up.

Despite many challenges, I put myself through college and earned my degree in Business. For me, education wasn’t just about getting a diploma—it was about expanding my mindset, learning problem-solving, and preparing myself for something greater.

My time in corporate banking and finance taught me skills that became the foundation of my entrepreneurial journey—negotiation, professionalism, and the ability to navigate high-stakes situations. But I also realized something: I wanted more than just a corporate title.

While working full-time, I discovered notary work. At first, it was a side hustle, but entrepreneurship sparked something in me. The same skills I learned in business school—attention to detail, time management, and client service—became essential in running my own business. Education and entrepreneurship go hand in hand.

But in 2024, everything changed.

I needed to be there for my mom’s health battle, attending doctor’s appointments, surgeries, and treatments. The corporate world wasn’t flexible, and I refused to choose between my career and my family.

So, I took a leap of faith.

That’s when I realized: Time is precious. I needed more than just a job—I needed freedom.

My dad, my rock, stood by me every step of the way. When I questioned whether I was making the right decision, he told me, “Go for it. If anything fails, I’m here.” His words gave me the courage to step away from corporate—not just to care for my mom, but to step into what I now know was my calling.

So, I bet on myself.

No backup plan. No safety net. Just faith, consistency, and an unshakable belief that I was built for more.

Today, I run L.N.E Mobile Notary Service, helping clients with real estate closings, loan signings, and general notarizations—delivering a seamless, stress-free experience.

My branding—pink and gold—isn’t just a color scheme. It’s a tribute to my mom’s fight. A symbol of resilience, strength, and the beauty of never giving up.

But my business isn’t just about signing documents—it’s about breaking barriers. It’s about proving that Latinas belong at the table. It’s about integrity, loyalty, and showing up with excellence every single time.

I didn’t come from money. I didn’t have a mentor showing me the way. I built this from the ground up with prayer, hard work, and consistency.

So, if you’re reading this, wondering if you should take that risk—DO IT. Bet on yourself. Invest in your dreams. Stop waiting for the right time and create your own opportunities.

L.N.E Mobile Notary Service isn’t just a business—it’s proof that with faith, education, and perseverance, you can turn any challenge into a comeback story.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has definitely been far from smooth, but I’ve learned that growth comes from struggle.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was leaving behind a stable corporate career to build my own business from the ground up. Walking away from financial security, benefits, and a clear career path to take a risk on myself wasn’t easy—especially with no safety net.

The transition from employee to entrepreneur was another challenge. In corporate, everything was structured—I had a set schedule, a paycheck, and clear expectations. As a business owner, I had to create my own opportunities, manage every aspect of the business, and build a client base from scratch. There were moments of self-doubt, times when I questioned whether I had made the right decision.

But the hardest challenge wasn’t just business—it was balancing personal responsibility with professional ambition. My mom’s battle with breast cancer changed everything. Suddenly, success wasn’t just about making money—it was about having the freedom to be present for my family while still building something meaningful.

Through it all, faith, perseverance, and an unshakable commitment to my vision have pushed me forward. Every obstacle has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the power of betting on myself. Looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing—because every hardship has shaped the woman and business owner I am today.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Starting a business, especially as an entrepreneur, can feel overwhelming. If I could give one piece of advice, it would be to trust the process and stay consistent. Success doesn’t happen overnight, and there will be moments of doubt, but your commitment to your vision is what will set you apart.

One thing I wish I had known earlier? Not everyone will understand your journey—and that’s okay. When I left a stable corporate banking career to build my notary business full-time, I faced doubt from others. But I quickly learned that believing in myself and my abilities was far more important than seeking validation. Now, as an entrepreneur, I’ve found strength in a community of like-minded business partners. We lift each other up, push for success, and prove that collaboration beats competition every time.

Another game-changer? Investing in yourself and your business. Whether it’s through continued education, networking, or marketing, these are the moves that pay off in the long run. And never underestimate the power of relationships—your reputation and the trust you build with clients are your strongest assets.

Most importantly? Keep faith at the center of your journey. There will be highs and lows, but every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Stay resilient, stay passionate, and never stop learning. Your hard work will open doors you never imagined.

Starting out isn’t easy, but if you stay dedicated, put in the work, and keep your faith strong, you’ll build something you’re proud of. So keep going, you got this!
