Grape Leaf Greek Kouzina began as a shared dream between husband and wife vision to bring the flavors, warmth, and hospitality of our Greek heritage to the community we love. For years, we talked about creating a place where people could gather like family, enjoy food made with simple, quality ingredients, and celebrate life over memorable meals.

With passion, faith, and a whole lot of hard work, we took a leap and opened our doors in Glendora, California. Every recipe holds a piece of our story, dishes inspired by our families, traditions passed down through generations, and food made the way we serve it in our own home.

Today, Grape Leaf Greek Kouzina is more than a restaurant. It’s our heart. It’s where we watch friendships form, families celebrate, and guests become regulars who feel like family. We are grateful every day for the opportunity to share our culture, serve our community, and pour our love into every plate.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The restaurant industry is incredibly rewarding but it is also one of the most challenging paths a family can take. Behind every delicious meal and every warm moment in our dining room, there are long days, late nights, and countless moving parts. In this business, it’s inevitable that not everything will go smoothly all the time. Mistakes happen, things break, and unexpected challenges arise. It is simply part of what it takes to bring food and hospitality to life every single day. In the beginning, we spent countless hours in the kitchen converting our homemade recipes into a fast casual process for our customers without sacrificing fresh and quality.

But through every challenge, our commitment remains the same: to keep growing, learning, and improving. We show up with passion because we truly care about every guest who walks through our door. Your patience, kindness, and support mean the world to us as we continue building something we’re proud of, a place filled with good food, hard work, heart, and genuine Greek hospitality.

As you know, we’re big fans of Grape Leaf Greek kouzina. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Grape Leaf Greek Kouzina is not our first restaurant. We own and operate a fast food restaurant in LA however this is our first Greek food restaurant and traveling to and from both locations is very difficult but the passion we have for each restaurant is unmatched.

What sets us apart is that every decision every challenge, and every success is handled with love and pride. Our guests see and feel the difference that comes from owners who are present, involved, and truly care.

We want to be known for simple, traditional recipes that are made with care, premium ingredients, and flavors that honor our Greek heritage. Additionally, we want to be known for a gathering place for our community.
From girls’ nights and paint parties to fundraisers and cultural events. We love bringing people together for food and fun.
