Today we’d like to introduce you to Isabella Galeazzi
Hi Isabella, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Grew up a bit outside of LA, graduated high school at 16 and went to Cal State Fullerton. Began as a biochemistry major thinking I wanted to be a doctor or a vet, then after 3 years, figured out that the only classes i did not enjoy were biology and chemistry (lol). switched my major halfway through my junior year to Business Administration (with a concentration in marketing).
After college, I thought that I would make a career through social media marketing and potentially modeling, but soon started to drift towards working in Business.
I had a great internship throughout my college years with 5 hour energy, and learned a lot about working on a team with the LA Kings and began working in and managing events. I knew i wanted to have a team of my own and foster a work environment that cultivated the great things that I learned from all my previous work opportunities.
That is when we created Elevate Events. A nationwide staffing agency that we have grown to over 10,000 staff members. We specialize in providing top-quality event staff for a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, trade shows, weddings, concerts, and more. We connect our clients with experienced professionals who are skilled in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth execution of events. Our goal is to provide reliable, trained talent that helps create memorable events while reducing the stress of staffing for our clients.
I’ve managed over 3000 accounts for clients like NASCAR, Dior, Sephora, Fortune, Tiktok and more. I believe in creating a warm and positive environment for both my team and our clients, fostering growth and opportunity, and delivering elevated event experiences.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I think the hardest thing about starting a business is taking the leap and not knowing if you are going to have security or not. The only way to be successful is to put the work in yourself and make it what you want to be. I am very lucky to have a business partner who has the same drive and passion for the business as me. Together, we put everything into creating an environment that we are proud of. This isn’t easy and it takes hours on hours on weeks (on months on years) of hard work.
Its trying something to see if it works, and failing and figuring out what we can do to be better. It’s learning something new every day to make sure we are up to date on how to be the best business we can be.
It’s learning how to continue growing individually to be a good leader to our staff and a good client to our clients.
Theres no promise to be successful when you start a business and having faith and working as hard as you want it to succeed is what we have always done.

Elevate Events is a nationwide staffing agency specializing in providing top-tier event staff for a wide range of events, including corporate gatherings, trade shows, weddings, concerts, and more. Since our inception, we’ve grown to manage over 10,000 highly trained professionals who are skilled in creating memorable event experiences and ensuring seamless execution. In 2024, we staffed over 19,000 shifts, hired 1,208 new team members—maintaining our 3.5% hire rate—and provided staffing solutions for events of all sizes. From small events requiring just one team member to large-scale productions like Chain Fest LA, where we brought in 236 staff members, we’ve demonstrated our ability to handle diverse event needs with precision and professionalism.

To do all that I do with love. To be proud of what I am producing and to give myself grace to fail and keep growing. I want to make my parents proud, I also want to give my dogs a good life. I have two very handsome pups (cooper and finn). I want to work in an environment that I am proud of and that I believe in and I want to give opportunities to people who need them.
