Today we’d like to introduce you to Flora Rahmani.
Hi Flora, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Founder & Medical Director | Integrative, Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine
Flora Rahmani, MSN, FNP-C, is a medical professional, scholar, and entrepreneur with over two decades of diverse clinical experience across surgery, critical care, nursing, aesthetics, and integrative medicine. She is currently a Doctoral and PhD scholar in Integrative Medicine, advancing her expertise in functional, regenerative, and whole-person healthcare.
Flora began her medical career in 2005 as a Surgical Technologist, working alongside leading Beverly Hills plastic surgeons (ZIP 91201). For more than three years, she gained extensive hands-on experience in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, assisted in complex plastic and cosmetic surgeries, and received early advanced training in Botox and dermal fillers, learning directly from top surgeons. This early surgical exposure laid the foundation for her precision, safety-focused approach, and natural aesthetic outcomes.
She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN), strengthening her understanding of the emotional, behavioral, and psychological aspects of patient care and aesthetics. Flora then completed her Nursing degree at Los Angeles Valley College, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Phoenix.
As a registered nurse, Flora worked in a wide range of clinical settings, including operating rooms, plastic surgery practices, home healthcare, and alongside neurosurgeons, caring for patients with complex neurological and post-surgical needs. She also served in Step-Down Units (DOU) and Intensive Care Units (ICU) at Sherman Oaks Hospital, where she managed high-acuity patients and worked on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic. These experiences refined her advanced clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage medically complex cases safely.
Flora earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree from Chamberlain University, expanding her scope into independent advanced practice. She now integrates her extensive surgical, critical care, and nursing background with her doctoral studies in Integrative Medicine, offering a comprehensive approach that includes medical aesthetics, regenerative and PRP therapies, laser and energy-based treatments, IV vitamin and NAD+ therapy, peptide protocols, functional medicine, and longevity-focused care.
Her practice philosophy centers on patient safety, natural-looking results, personalized medicine, and long-term health optimization—addressing beauty, wellness, and vitality at both the clinical and cellular levels.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I began my medical career in 2005 in high-pressure surgical environments, working long hours alongside elite plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills. Those early years demanded precision, resilience, and emotional strength, and the learning curve was steep.
As I continued my education, earning degrees in psychology, nursing, and advanced practice, I balanced rigorous academics with demanding clinical roles in operating rooms, ICUs, step-down units, and home healthcare. Working on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic was one of the most difficult chapters of my career. It tested me physically, emotionally, and mentally, but it also reinforced my purpose and commitment to patient-centered, ethical medicine.
There were moments of exhaustion, sacrifice, and uncertainty, especially while advancing my career, pursuing doctoral and PhD studies, and building an integrative practice rooted in both science and compassion. But none of it was wasted. Every obstacle refined my clinical judgment, strengthened my empathy, and clarified my vision.
While the road wasn’t smooth, it was intentional. The challenges became the foundation of my approach today, one that values safety, precision, personalization, and whole-person healing. Looking back, I wouldn’t change the journey. The rough roads are what made the mission clear.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned along my journey is that patience, persistence, and intentionality are everything. Success doesn’t come from rushing or taking shortcuts, it comes from mastering your craft, showing up consistently, and staying true to your values even when the road is challenging.
In my career, I’ve faced moments of uncertainty, long hours, and high-pressure situations in surgery, critical care, and aesthetics. Those experiences taught me the value of resilience, attention to detail, and empathy, and showed me that every challenge is an opportunity to grow.
Above all, I’ve learned that taking the time to truly understand and care for each person, whether a patient or client, creates results that are not only effective but meaningful. That lesson guides everything I do, from clinical care to building my practice and brand.
