My journey started with a simple but powerful goal: to build something meaningful that could uplift my community and create opportunities for future generations. As a Hispanic, minority woman entrepreneur, I saw firsthand the challenges that many small business owners—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—face when trying to start and grow their businesses.
That perspective led me to create Bearski Enterprises dba(Bearski Business Management Services) a platform designed to support, guide, and empower entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed. What began as a passion project quickly grew into a mission-driven business focused on helping others turn their ideas into sustainable ventures.
Along the way, I’ve worn many hats—learning, adapting, and growing through every stage of the process. From navigating the early uncertainties of entrepreneurship to building a brand that reflects my values, each step has reinforced my commitment to service, education, and community impact.
Today, Bearski stands as more than just a business—it’s a reflection of resilience, culture, and purpose. I’m especially proud to use this platform to support other minority entrepreneurs and to inspire younger generations to see what’s possible for themselves. My journey is still evolving, but at its core, it has always been about creating access, sharing knowledge, and giving back

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like most entrepreneurial journeys, building bearskibiz.com came with its fair share of challenges. In the beginning, one of the biggest struggles was turning the initial idea into something that truly resonated with users. What seemed clear in theory often needed multiple revisions in practice—whether it was refining the website design, improving the user experience, or clearly communicating the brand’s value.
Another major challenge was gaining visibility. Launching the site was just the first step; attracting consistent traffic and building a loyal customer base took time, experimentation, and persistence. Marketing efforts didn’t always produce immediate results, which was both frustrating and a learning experience.
There were also financial and technical hurdles along the way. Managing costs while trying to grow the business required careful planning, and like any online platform, we faced occasional technical issues that needed to be resolved quickly to maintain a good user experience.
Perhaps the most difficult part was staying motivated during slower periods. Progress wasn’t always linear, and there were moments of doubt. However, those challenges ultimately helped shape the direction of the brand and made the foundation stronger.
