Hi NIMA, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I graduated from dental school in Iran in 1994 and moved to the United States in 2000. Together with my wife—who was also my classmate in dental school—I went through the challenging process of recertifying my dental license by completing a battery of exams. After restarting my dental career in California, I worked as a managing dentist for many years before finally opening my own practice in 2019. I’m also a proud father of twin daughters: one is an attorney, and the other is a manager in a pharmaceutical company who recently earned her second master’s degree, an MBA.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was a very challenging path to get established, especially financially, and having two small children without any help
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My office is a relatively smaller office, but we are focused on providing dental care to our community with emphasis on family dentistry
What makes you happy?
Spending time with family and friends, making sure my patients are well taken care of, listening to audiobooks, and swimming.
