Hi Angela, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Hi, I’m Angela, your friendly balloon girly and owner of Bubbly & Beyond Events LLC.
I started creating balloons professionally about a year ago, but my love for decorating and hosting parties has been with me for as long as I can remember. For years, I set party planning aside, thinking the industry was too competitive. Meanwhile, I built a career in the TV and Film industry as a Production Coordinator, but I still longed for something that brought me deeper joy and connection.
That moment came on a travel job in Pittsburgh, when I visited the Andy Warhol Museum. Inside was Silver Clouds—a 1966 installation created by Andy Warhol with engineer Billy Klüver, featuring a room full of silver mylar balloons floating in the air. The second I walked in, I was overwhelmed with joy. I sat down and cried, never in my life had art moved me so emotionally.
That experience sparked my mission: to bring that same sense of joy, and emotion to others through balloons. Just as Andy’s art touched me, I hope to create unforgettable moments and celebrations that fill people’s lives with happiness.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. I’ve invested a lot of time, energy, and money trying to figure out how to grow my business. But every challenge has been an investment in myself, a learning experience that shaped me into the business owner and creative I am today.

Hi, we create special moments through balloons. At Bubbly & Beyond Events, we specialize in balloon décor that transforms celebrations into unforgettable experiences.
What sets us apart is our friendly service, reliability, and creativity because we don’t just deliver balloons, we deliver joy.
One of the moments I’m most proud of was at a recent baby expo. I brought a big stack of business cards and within just two hours, they were gone.
Most importantly, I want every client to know they’re in good hands, that with us, they’ll always receive the best quality and service to make their celebration truly special.
What were you like growing up?
I was always the shy, reserved girl, but always creative, always in some sort of dance class or singing class.
