Hi Andrew, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have been a hustling, Type-A Product Manager and COO most of my 2-decade career.

At 26 I lost my sense of smell due to stress, a physical wake-up call that forced me to confront the unsustainable pace I was living at. My search for a solution sent me through every productivity book, app, hack, and system I could find, yet nothing created lasting change. So I built my own framework. The result became Time Boss, a simple repeatable habit-based system that helps leaders operate with clarity, intention, and peace.

Time Boss is now a growing training and coaching organization focused on helping leaders and teams around the world. We have the privilege of teaching them a practical framework to master their time and trade stress, fear and anxiety for freedom, clarity and peace in their workday.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Growing a family while navigating work and launching a business isn’t for the faint of heart. We (my wife and business partner Kelly and I) started Time Boss as a side hustle in the cracks of our lives, while also raising teenagers. We took the leap of faith to go all in full time and had our worst quarter at the same time. It hasn’t been easy or smooth, but it’s definitely worth it!

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I grew up on an island in Washington and showed cats for the local 4H club. My sister and I took home trophies every year from the Island County Fair for our cats!
