Today we’d like to introduce you to 3 Peas In A Pod Productions.
Hi 3 Peas in a Pod Productions, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always believed in the power of storytelling, but the path to creating 3 Peas in a Pod Productions started in a moment I didn’t expect—at a charity gala. That’s where I met Amy and Becky, the Glass twins. What began as a casual conversation quickly turned into a deeper connection when we discovered how much we all shared a passion for stories that inspire change.
From that night forward, it felt natural to join forces. I brought my background in HR leadership and my personal journey of resilience. Amy and Becky brought their creative vision, their twin synergy, and their ability to bring ideas to life. Together, we realized we could build something bigger than ourselves—an entertainment company rooted not only in storytelling but also in philanthropy.
That’s how 3 Peas in a Pod Productions was born. The name represents who we are—three distinct voices working as one. Today, our projects combine Hollywood sparkle with heartfelt purpose, and with every story we tell, we keep that same commitment we had the night we first met: to create work that makes a difference and invites others to be a part of the pod.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road. Starting a production company means navigating an industry that’s both competitive and unpredictable, and doing it as an independent, female-led team brings its own set of challenges. We’ve had moments where doors closed, where financing felt out of reach, or where we had to prove ourselves over and over again.
On a personal level, I’ve carried my own journey of loss and resilience—losing my dog Sully, who inspired Sully’s Story, was heartbreaking but also became the foundation of our first major project. Balancing the emotional weight of telling deeply personal stories with the business realities of building a company hasn’t always been easy.
One of the turning points for us was meeting the founder of Bel Productions and signing onto a partnership with Blake Leon on a feature film called You Drive Me Nuts. That opportunity showed us that even in a tough industry, the right connections and shared vision can open doors we never imagined.
Through it all, we’ve stayed grounded in our mission. Every challenge has reminded us why we started: to tell meaningful stories and to give back. That purpose has kept us moving forward, even when the road hasn’t been smooth.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At 3 Peas in a Pod Productions, we create stories that are equal parts entertaining and meaningful. Our work spans feature films, documentaries, and series, but what ties everything together is our commitment to blending storytelling with philanthropy. Every project we take on carries a purpose beyond the screen—whether that’s raising awareness for animal advocacy, amplifying mental health conversations, or celebrating resilience.
We specialize in projects that are heartfelt, glamorous, and socially impactful. Our flagship project, Sully’s Story, was inspired by my own journey with my late dog Sully, and it reflects the core of what we do: taking personal experiences and transforming them into universal stories of love, loss, and healing. I’m also proud of our partnership with Bel Productions and Blake Leon on the feature film You Drive Me Nuts, which showed the strength of our vision and ability to collaborate with industry leaders.
What sets us apart is that we don’t just create content—we create community. From the beginning, we’ve said that we want people to “be a part of the pod.” That means inviting collaborators, audiences, and even philanthropic partners to come alongside us. We’re known for leading with heart, for making space for voices that matter, and for fusing Hollywood sparkle with a mission-driven spirit.
Of everything we’ve done so far, I’m most proud of building a company that reflects who we are as people—authentic, resilient, and committed to leaving something good behind with every story we tell.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Our biggest advice for anyone just starting out is this: don’t wait for the perfect moment to begin. The industry can feel overwhelming, and it’s easy to talk yourself out of an idea because the timing isn’t right or the resources don’t seem to be there. But if you believe in your story, take the first step—just jump in. Momentum builds once you start moving.
I also wish I knew earlier that the “no’s” are just as important as the “yes’s.” Rejection can feel personal, but often it’s simply redirection toward the right partner, the right project, or the right opportunity. For us, meeting the founder of Bel Productions and eventually partnering with Blake Leon on You Drive Me Nuts came after plenty of closed doors—and it reminded me that persistence really does pay off.
And finally, be authentic. People connect with realness more than perfection. We could never have built 3 Peas in a Pod Productions alone. Meeting Amy and Becky and realizing we were aligned not just in creativity but in purpose was the game-changer. Collaboration, community, and staying true to your “why” will carry you further than you can imagine.
