Sam, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I have always been an intuitive leader, navigating the realms of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Real Estate, Government and Corporate Australia, Entertainment, and Luxury Property Management.
My journey spans working with leading corporations and embracing entrepreneurial ventures. This duality has shaped a formidable corporate identity where achievement, success, intuition & joy coexist seamlessly.
Every career move I’ve made has been guided by intuition, so it’s no surprise that I’ve aligned with Olympus Property-a company that champions intuition as a cornerstone of its corporate leadership.
Now based in the vibrant heart of Hollywood and West Hollywood-epicenters of dreams, purpose, and passion-I consciously infuse these values into both my personal and professional life.
A decade of entrepreneurial endeavors taught me resilience, creativity, and a deep sense of purpose. It also prepared me to pursue the life of my dreams in corporate America while nurturing the creative flow that intuitively guides my decisions.
On 11/11 last year (I’m all about numbers!), I joined Olympus Property who bought Angelene Apartments March 2023 (The Apartment of Angels in the City of Angels)-home to over 300 residents and a team that fearlessly pursues their passions and dreams. Together, we are redefining management, embracing innovation, and building something extraordinary. Damn, this should be a reality show!
As we navigate an age defined by collaboration and heightened consciousness, I bring my life experiences to expand Olympus into its own passions and collective dreams. I am committed to leading and creating through intuition-unlocking possibilities for a brighter, more connected future.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No path to greatness is smooth-challenges are where the real growth happens.
The obstacles I’ve faced have shaped me into the person I am today:
Coming Out (Twice): I came out as gay in my teenage years, and then again in my late 20s as a psychic. Both times, I feared judgment and loss, but owning who I truly am allowed me to take control of my life and align with my purpose.
Losing My Sister: In my 20s, I lost my sister to murder. This profound tragedy made me more conscious, loving, and determined to cut through the superficial and embrace truth. It’s a reminder every day to do my best and live fully, knowing this life is my movie-there are no dress rehearsals.
Creative Challenges: As a creative performer and pitching reality TV concepts, surviving the global lockdowns of COVID, losing significant financial resources, and enduring industry strikes gave me an entrepreneurial backbone that I now proudly bring to the corporate world & future creative endeavors.
Overcoming Abuse: Growing up with an abusive father taught me one of life’s most powerful lessons: always choose love.
Betrayal: Experiencing betrayal from exes, family, and friends taught me to trust the flow of life. It has consistently guided me to the next best thing, even when the path seemed unclear.
These challenges, among others, have been profound teachers. They remind me that life is not about avoiding obstacles but learning, growing, and thriving because of them.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
– I am a Business Manager for a large Residential / Commercial apartment building
– I not only manage the business and financial affairs of the company regarding this building, I also provide intuitive solutions for residents, I’m a match maker, bringing people together for potential relationship, I help heal people challenges, I provide intuitive next level solutions on all topics of life.
– I bring a creative flair to how we market our services and how we communicate with our residency
– I am most proud of being just a good person and bringing what I feel is good energy, good services & fun to work
– I am most proud of aligning with a team that is next level exceptional in service
– I am most proud of I always seem to be at the right place, at the right time
– What sets me apart is I genuinely care and people will tell you that
– What sets me apart is that I can see people’s highest potential paths & provide information for their choice
– What sets me apart is that I know how to create community at another level
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
First, ask life / the universe / god / higher power, anything you believe is bigger and more powerful than you for a mentor or a network. Ask, then it is given. Open your mind and get very present & you’ll see how people show up, conversations leading / guiding you to next steps. My intuition has always worked for me.
