Today we’d like to introduce you to Omar Mullings.

Hi Omar, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi there, I’m Omar Dwayne Mullings. I’m just giving you a quick run through how I got to where I am today in life. i’m 44 years old and I was born in Kingston. Jamaica came to the US when I was two years old my grandma moved her kids to the United States and read arrived in the Los Angeles. When you’re young, you don’t know what life is or what life is all about. I chose to do wrong misguided by the product of my environment. So I had to learn a lesson either the easy way or the hard way and I had to learn through the hard way. My parents did a great job raising me. I wouldn’t take any of the parents in the world. I chose wrong as a youth during high school and Moore side start hanging with a local gang and found myself in some deep trouble that I didn’t expect to be. I was incarcerated on a 17 year sentence while I was incarcerated. I grew as a man separated myself from trouble and start leading other men into the right direction while I was in there, I was able to accomplish certifications from carpenter certification in Masonary and certification and painting level one level two. while I was in there, I kept myself in good health. I exercise every day sometimes two times a day to keep the mindset focused on life as released from prison in 2018 and it was no looking back. I got out got me two warehouse jobs getting $12.50 an hour. I did that for six months got myself together and people always said you look amazing. Literally did they know I was training inmates when I was incarcerated already getting the motivation and drive. In 2019 I started my business Rudeboy Fitness LLC and also receive my certification from American sports Fitness association. I never gave up on the craft. I started doing my work posting on Instagram and Facebook. I start posting reel and motivational videos content and over the years was blessed to train a few celebrities that seen my work. My journey is real and I love it. I wouldn’t change my journey for no one the future is bright and rudeboyfit is here to help people that want to be help. .

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road has not been smooth being an entrepreneur business owner. It’s always gonna be rough, but you must stay focused and know that success is ahead in the road to business. Do not look for help. If you’re depending on family and friends to help you, this is not for you.That’s what happens to most people they look for help and when they don’t get to help they quit or give up a lot of people just don’t know you’re right there just continue working and you will get it and that’s what I’ve done and that’s what I will continue doing

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a different type of Personal Trainer I train with my clients. I’ll make sure that they get the maximum exercise that they need so when I say I transfer my clients, I actually train with my clients one on one you go I go you sweat I sweat you hurt I hurt we were together, but I work at your pace. Coming this far, I will have workout plans on my website for men, women kids, and senior citizens. I will also be having new merch arriving in this fall.
