Hi Leila, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.

As a highly sought after Celebrity makeup artist, Leila founded Lei V Artist Agency to handle the overwhelming demand for her services.
Since 2013, she and her team of highly trained, on-location hair stylists, makeup artists, special effects artists and body painters serve a discerning clientele from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York
Dedicated to her high-profile clients. Leila is also passionate about cultivating the talents of her team. “I love seeing my team succeed,” she says. “I work with each artist individually to help them make their own name in the industry.” Leila attributes much of her success to her loyal and rapidly growing social media following on Instagram and You Tube. With a highly influential presence in the beauty community, she’s hosted many events and interviewed some of the industry’s top innovators. She’s also partnered with several beauty brands as an ambassador.
On the horizon for Lei V are plans to sign new artists in New York, Miami and San Diego by the end of the year. more than doubling their footprint.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Finding the right artists for each city that mesh and work well together. As artists we are patient people and express how we feel.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Look for someone that has similar taste in artistry as you. Dont be afraid to reach out and ask them questions or ask to assist them.
