Community Highlights: Meet Frank Gjata of Conscious Ink

Today we’d like to introduce you to Frank Gjata.

Hi Frank, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I began my journey in sports, as a semi-professional beach volleyball player, doing something I really loved. Competing at a high level taught me what it feels like to fully follow a passion and commit to it. It also showed me that doing your best isn’t just physical. The biggest challenges are often the ones happening internally.

After volleyball, my curiosity about mindset deepened and I eventually became a life coach. I was fascinated by how much our inner dialogue shapes our reality, and the direction of our lives. I saw how we mostly operate from old patterns and unconscious beliefs, and how powerful it can be when we interrupt those patterns with awareness.

That work naturally evolved into me creating Conscious Ink, as a way to support my clients (and myself), to keep our intentions top of mind. It started with empowering “Manifestation Temporary Tattoos, and has grown into more of a lifestyle brand rooted in intention. The purpose is simple but often surprisingly powerful: create wearable intentions that bring us back to who we truly are, disrupt negative thought loops, and help us live more consciously with purpose.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Just like life itself, there have always been obstacles and challenges. The one constant solution is: Keep Going.
