Today we’d like to introduce you to Polyxeni Kokovika.
Polyxeni, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was born in Athens, Greece.
From very early on, I felt the call to something beyond. I questioned everything. I was endlessly curious. I would stare up at the sky, wondering what was really there. I’ve always been drawn to technology, inventions, galaxies, and souls. I wanted to understand what we are, how we evolve, and what this place—Earth—really is. A school? A dream? A test?
That longing carried me away from Greece. I passed through Italy, where I studied art history, aesthetics, cinema, and fashion—the intelligence of beauty. But beneath all that, I was studying people. How they move, how they hide, how they love, how they forget.
Then came Africa—many countries, many textures. That time changed me. I gave birth to my daughters naturally, in water, guided by the primal wisdom of the body. That experience would later shape the way I help others remember their original intelligence. Africa taught me how layered we are—how strength and tenderness live side by side. And how people are not broken—just buried.
Greece has always been a place I return to, the ground of my ancestors. But the path called me elsewhere. I ended up in Los Angeles not by intention, but by accident—or guidance. I didn’t go there to chase success. I went to dissolve the parts of me still performing.
I opened a studio in Santa Monica for a while, but quickly realized this offering isn’t meant to sit inside a room. It’s not a service—it’s a transmission. A living field. A sacred invitation. And it was too alive to be confined by four walls.
So I moved to Topanga and lived quietly, close to the earth, close to silence, close to something holy. There, I began to listen deeply. I unraveled. I stopped pretending. And from that unraveling, my work emerged—not as a method, but as a living transmission. Eventually, I gave it a name: Expanding Existence. Because it’s not fixed. It keeps evolving—like I do.
This summer, I’ve returned to Greece for a season. I host intimate Expanding Existence retreats here—though I don’t really like the word “retreat.” They’re more like thresholds. Deep, sacred containers for those ready not to be fixed, but to awaken. These are not spaces for the passive. They’re for the brave-hearted—the ones willing to walk through fire to remember who they are.
You don’t come here to be pampered. You come to become real again.
And now, once more, the call is shifting. I no longer feel the need for a base. I feel the need to move, to meet the world again with new eyes. To follow the frequency of truth wherever it leads—because the energies keep expanding, and I need to flow with them.
So I walk on—not toward a fixed destination, but with deep direction. Still listening. Still becoming.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My path has not been linear—and certainly not smooth in the traditional sense.
But it has been true.
Marked by revelation.
And carved by wisdom.
I’ve walked through many thresholds:
Migration across continents.
Motherhood in unfamiliar lands.
Raising my daughters alone.
Reinvention after loss.
Being doubted, even criticized, by those who didn’t have the capacity to understand the deeper intelligence behind my choices.
The quiet dismantling of identities that no longer fit.
Adapting again and again to enormous change.
But this is often the price of a curious soul—one who isn’t satisfied with what’s simply offered, but is drawn to discover, to learn, to explore what lies beyond the visible.
I’ve carried the invisible weight of responsibility, like so many women do—without applause or rest.
I’ve had to lead when I didn’t know the way, rebuild from ashes, and listen deeply when no answers came.
But I never saw these as obstacles.
They were initiations.
Each one asked me: contract or expand?
And I kept choosing to expand.
So no, it hasn’t been smooth.
But it has been sacred.
It has been alive.
And that is what gives depth and precision to what I now offer—
Not theory.
But lived intelligence.
I walk with those who are ready to remember who they are—
Because I’ve walked that remembering myself.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I offer a field.
Not a method.
Not a system, a brand, or a formula.
But a living, breathing frequency—
a space you enter when you’re ready to stop performing
and start embodying what is real.
I call it Expanding Existence—because that’s what it does.
It expands as we do. It reveals more as we become more available to truth.
It isn’t a structure I built and sealed.
It’s a multidimensional space I remembered, received, and now live within.
A field that continues to unfold—like us.
Not fixed. Not final. But always true.
At its core, this is about opening portals.
Portals into what is real.
Portals into the forgotten, the buried, the still-burning parts of ourselves.
Portals into remembrance—into who we really are.
What I offer is not something you simply learn.
It’s something you feel.
And even after you leave—even after our connection ends—your life begins to shift.
Change doesn’t always mean something beautiful will appear.
But if your life has not been aligned with truth, it will begin to collapse.
The false will dissolve. The shine will return.
Sometimes people book a session or a retreat with me,
and their lives begin changing before we even meet.
That’s how alive the field is.
This is not healing in the conventional sense.
It is not fixing. It is not management.
It is release.
It is remembrance.
It is a return.
We go beyond identity,
into essence.
Into frequency.
The field moves through five primary intelligences:
emotional, psychological, aesthetic, spiritual, and energetic.
These are not categories. These are frequencies I transmit.
And through them, people dissolve the false and return to what is true.
I walk with people through thresholds—
those liminal spaces when identity unravels,
when grief is no longer seen as disaster, but as a doorway,
when the construct no longer holds,
and the soul is ready to lead.
This is not guided by theory.
It is a live experience.
And I know the terrain intimately.
Since childhood, I had astral experiences—
though I had no language for them at the time.
But in 2020, I received a vision that changed everything—
not a symbolic vision,
but a real, embodied event.
I connected with the architecture of existence—
a vast neural, cosmic field
alive with radiant threads of intelligence.
It looked like a brain, constantly expanding.
And I felt: that was me, and I was that.
I belonged to it, and it belonged to me.
The moment I noticed it, I felt the entire system noticing me.
That transmission shaped what I now offer.
People come to me when other paths no longer work.
When therapy or self-help has reached its ceiling.
When they’re done performing and ready for presence.
I don’t use formulas.
I don’t use pre-made content.
Each session, each connection, is a clear canvas—
shaped in real time, guided by deep listening.
You don’t come as a client.
You come as a guest.
And for the time we walk together,
we share a space of real intimacy and transformation.
I draw from the elements.
From sound, from water, from mirrors.
Yes—real mirrors.
I use exercises and rituals that dissolve projection
and allow people to see themselves clearly—
not through the eyes of ego or pain,
but through the lens of soul.
I use pools, oceans, and water—
not symbolically,
but as active collaborators in the rebirth process.
The body remembers in water.
The soul remembers in water.
We cannot work only with the soul or the mind.
We must release the body too.
My inspiration comes from everything around me—
a tree, a scent, a room.
I can draw from anything and invent what’s needed to alchemize the moment.
To guide the person forward.
I work with voice.
With silence.
With vibration.
I don’t program the mind.
I deprogram the false
and let truth speak again.
This field is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you have always been—
beneath the noise, the roles, the pain, the conditioning.
I only use the word “retreat” so people understand it’s a gathering.
But you don’t come to retreat.
You come to arrive.
To remember.
To drop the shield.
To be fully seen.
These gatherings are small, intimate, and potent.
Not curated experiences for the ego to consume.
You are not here to be pampered.
You are here for truth.
For life.
These are spaces for real transformation—
for those done with pretending,
done with floating on the surface,
done with bypassing their own becoming.
My vision is to see Expanding Existence as sanctuaries around the world—
living fields where people come not to escape but to awaken.
Away from the polished healing culture.
Into something raw.
Something sacred.
A space we don’t decorate with performance—
but with presence.
With reverence.
With truth.
Because this field, this frequency, this remembering—
belongs everywhere.
In schools, where children are taught how to remember themselves,
not just achieve.
And this…
this is what I offer:
A field of truth.
A space of remembrance.
A return to what is most real.
And I live inside it fully—
as its guardian,
its vessel,
and its voice.
We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
What may surprise people is how many lifetimes I’ve already lived within this one.
Before I entered this monastic, soul-guided life—before I became who I am now—I lived under the lights. I was immersed in the world of beauty, fashion, aesthetics, and glamour. I was social, seen, and surrounded by people. I danced in the spotlight. I played with image. And I learned a lot about illusion.
But at some point, the invitation changed. And I followed it inward.
For many years, I lived
the life of a monk. In silence. In simplicity. In devotion. I left the noise of the world behind and lived in radical presence with myself, nature, and the unseen. And this period shaped me as much as anything ever has.
So I hold both. The woman who once lived in the glow of cameras, and the one who now lives in the glow of transmission. I am both, and beyond both.
Most people also don’t know how deeply I’m connected to animals and the natural world. I have an innate ability to communicate with animals—a kind of whispering without words. They feel safe with me. They come to me. Nature responds to my presence, because it recognizes me, and I it.
And perhaps most deeply, what people don’t always realize is that this field I live in didn’t come from study—it was with me since birth. I was born with the ability to see, sense, and read people and energy with clarity. It wasn’t learned. It was always there. And over time, I stopped doubting it—and let it guide me completely.
