Check Out Kassandra Jimenez’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kassandra Jimenez.

Kassandra Jimenez

Hi Kassandra, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I always had this vision in my mind of wanting to become an entrepreneur ever since I was a little girl. During the pandemic, my spark started to grow, and I was ready to launch my eyelash shop. However, life doesn’t always go as planned, and I went through a divorce shortly after. I decided to put my business on pause and never follow through. As I was getting ready to turn 30, I knew my dream could no longer be paused.

I started my business “Kasstle” one month before my birthday this year of 2023. I decided I wanted to offer more than eyelashes! In addition to lashes, I sell jewelry, makeup products, handbags, and a variety of other things. One of my biggest goals is to offer more gender-neutral items and continue to grow.

I am nowhere near where I want to be, and it’s a learning process. However, I have learned so much these past months and for that, I am so grateful for all the ups and downs. I know we have a lot of work to do but I have faith that one day we will get there.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road to success has not been easy. Some of the main challenges I have encountered have been attracting customers to my website/ social media. I am not a big influencer or have a lot of followers and I feel that has been hard to achieve starting from zero. It is very hard as a small business to start up and find your audience to trust you with their products. I accept the challenge and will continue to be consistent and not give up on my dream because I know there’s so much potential for both myself and my brand.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am in the process of following my next passion and finding my dream school to become a Marriage Family Therapist. I love helping people and finding solutions to their problems. My main goal besides my business is to also run my own private practice as a marriage and family therapist. I am most proud of my education and having a bachelor’s in psychology! I personally feel the more knowledge the more power for the brain and I also get to share that knowledge with people I love or need that help. I take pride in everything I do in the most humble way 🙂

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
My family matters the most to me. Growing up, we didn’t have a lot, but with my family by my side, I felt I had it all. I have been blessed to grow up with my siblings, and my mother being very close to one another. My siblings are my best friends whenever we need something we are always there for each other no matter what. My mother means the world to me and I just want to make her proud even though I already know she’s proud of me. Family is everything to me!
