Check Out Jonathan Claudio’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jonathan Claudio.

Hi Jonathan, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
II grew up in Santa Paula which is a smaller town in Ventura County. Growing up Ive always wanted to find something that allowed me to put my all in and see a result so when I found real estate I knew it was the one. I started off as an assistant for a realtor in Camarillo, Rudy Campos, He really guided me and showed me what grit looked like and work toward something bigger than yourself. I was inspired by him because of how much he cared fro his clients and after seeing a key day I was sold on Real Estate. Over the years I worked diligently on helping families and perfecting my craft as a realtor starting off in Ventura with a great brokerage where I had my second mentor at Doora Properties. I was there for 2 years before leaving to my second brokerage eXp. This is where I really learned how to mentor and build a team. Now im currently at the best brokerage there is, JohnHart, where we not only grow as agents but as people. Here at JOhnHart our phenomenal broker and CEO Harout really pours so much into us and allows us to be ourselves. Which is very hard to find, he brings guidance, education, and the willingness to win. The Team is a newer development, this last year I was able to build a team of agents who are just as dedicated to their clients success. Jordan, Jerry, Angie, Julie, Hector, Pedro and Isaiah are some of the hardest working agents Ive came across and that exactly why we work so well together. Us becoming the Claudio Group was by no accident and im extremely blessed to be able to be there team lead. Together we work toward a common goal of helping as many people become home owners. One of our primary goals is to bring the First Time home buyer age back down to 28. As were all younger agents, the eldest being 25 and youngest 21, we want home owenrship to become a reality for everyone.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I didn’t grow up wealthy so, starting your OWN business isn’t easy especially when. you’re fronting some of your own capital. Although thankfully for my wonder family they really helped me push forward. I wouldn’t be where Im at without my mother and father and my support system. I owe 100% of my success to them. Any bumps they help smooth over.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Im a Realtor with JohnHart and the team lead of the Claudio Group. Together we specialize in helping families achieve there real estate goals, whether that’s selling there family home or buying there first. We work harder than any other agent out there and were always available for our clients. We don’t just work with our client we work for them. We put in the long hours to make sure results happen not to wait for the right time.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Ive learned how to detach from outcomes. Things will happen if they’re supposed to. People want to work with you because of your ability to handle stressful situations. My job is to mitigate that. By detaching I can.
