Check Out Jada Morandi Avezzu’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jada Morandi Avezzu.

Jada Morandi Avezzu

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I might have started singing before I started speaking; at least, that’s what my mother says. Going to Boston to attend Berklee definitely played an important role for me, not just for how much I learned but also for how many great and talented people I met there.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was not a smooth road. Someone once told me: “The industry is full of crooks and clowns,” and I have unfortunately encountered some. But I’m glad I did because I learned what persistence is and how important drive and work ethic is if you want to make it in any industry.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a singer-songwriter, and having worked in Atlanta, I’m definitely most proud of the work I did with Lindita, an incredible singer from Kosovo. But I’m also most proud on the work I did on my own music as well, which will hopefully be released very soon.

What makes you happy?
One thing I’ve learned is that sometimes you just have to choose to be happy. Things won’t ever always be one hundred percent perfect. Nevertheless, I do also believe the people and the company you surround yourself with is a big contributor to your happiness.
