Meet Sergio Pelayo of Bloodshot Coffee

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sergio Pelayo.

Sergio, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Cleaning houses! Yes, I started cleaning houses 5 years ago.

My Wife and I we build a cleaning company from zero to now in 2017 with around 15 employees, the only different thing I did from many others is that instead of spending our profits on commodity and other things we decided to invest in our dreams.

That’s how after one long year, we create BLOODSHOT COFFEE.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road and I’m thankful for that because that’s why great things happen.

One of the biggest struggles I had along the way is having to ignore the outside world. Most of the people that I have met always have ideas about what you should do or not do, what you are capable or not, what is possible and what not.

I use to think that money was one of the biggest struggles along the way but I had learned that I create many things with no money or little so the only problem is the lack of resources.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Bloodshot Coffee story. Tell us more about the business.
I’ll talk about my Coffee business.

BLOODSHOT COFFEE, we are a Mobile Coffee Shop specialized in commodity and quality.

The commodity to have a Coffee Shop outside of your Building, Office, or event rather than have to walk to the closest coffee shop to get your favorite beverage.

The Quality of a great Organic Espresso coffee.

The proudest I’m of my company is that we are a new option for those who dream to have their own Coffee business at an accessible cost to invest.

I think that every business is special and has their own story so what sets us apart from others is just the extra mile that we decide to give every day.

The extra smile. The extra Cream. The extra customer attention we are willing to give at no cost. And so on.

I believe that everything that happens in my life is because of me, my decisions or the circumstances.
