Today we’d like to introduce you to Brad Lipshy.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Event Solutions started with one man, Brad Lipshy, and his love for helping people find joy. Starting in catering, Brad fed people more than just amazing food and beverages – he nourished their hearts. It was natural to move from catering food to catering other event needs that would arise at parties. Through it all, others were drawn in and built on that same passion. From backyard parties to celebrate weddings, one event at a time Event Solutions grew. As our skills and staff grew we wanted to do more; have bigger impact(s) and be a part of events that really changed the world. We found that reach in the corporate world. We started helping other businesses show their employees appreciation and empower them to change the world, one event at a time. 30 years later, the top brands from nearly every industry trust our team to handle nearly every detail of their corporate events. We plan CSR (corporate social responsibility), networking, company hosted community events, family fun days and more for businesses large and small. We’ve recently expanded our reach due to demand. We now have locations in Dallas, TX, Las Vegas, NV, North and Southern California.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
In order to have growth, you must have friction. Our event planning and catering company has been no different. Our team is composed of artists of all kinds. We staff coordinators, designers, florists, entertainers, chefs, performers, photographers and videographers just to name a few. Anyone who knows an artist understands the time, patience, dedication and sheer effort it takes to hone those skills and just follow that dream. Each of our stories are different, but the arc is the same: struggle is growth. We are proud to support art, in its many forms, through our events.

While we can do all types of events, company picnics, product launch parties, business anniversaries and other corporate events are our specialty. We take pride in knowing that our approach for planning events has one sole focus – your business.

What were you like growing up?
Brad, like much of our staff, has always been a ‘people person’. Sensitive to the needs of others, he strives to put a smile on everyone’s face. He is the first person to lend a hand and help. Even as the owner/CEO of Event Solutions, you can see him helping staff at events. Charming, kind, passionate, dedicated and hardworking describe him and many members of our staff.

Mr. Lipshy helps clients solve problems, improve workflow, control costs, save time, and increase employee morale. He is proud of what he does, and feels privileged to assist his clients. He looks forward to earning the business of many more organizations for years to come.
