Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
In August 2016, while serving my mandatory military service in the IDF, I started freelancing in web design and translation on Upwork to fill my spare time. By December, I landed a job with Scorp, a Turkish social media platform, as a freelance social media creator manager, successfully recruiting 100 actors and models.
When Scorp US shut down in February 2017, I returned to my regular life until a friend told me about Lifeslice, a social media app in Tel Aviv that needed my expertise. After some negotiations with their CEO, Alex Bouaziz, I joined Lifeslice in April to manage my network of creators.
Inspired, I came up with the idea for “Clicks” and began presenting myself under this brand name, though it wasn’t officially incorporated yet. By August, I secured a second client, Holla, a Chinese social media app.
My big break came in April 2018, when I negotiated a significant deal with Kuaishou (Kwai), followed by a major contract with Bytedance’s Vigo. Although the Vigo deal fell through, I quickly rebounded by securing a long-term contract with Likee, marking a turning point for Cliks.
In July 2018, I shifted my recruitment focus from Facebook groups to Musical.ly, and later that month, officially incorporated Cliks Content in Israel. My brother Rafi joined the company in August, followed by our second employee in September. We rebranded to Clicks Talent in November and expanded our services.
In 2020, we expanded to Los Angeles, opened an office in Beverly Hills, and began offering brand sponsorship campaigns on TikTok. We celebrated our first revenue milestone in January 2021. We continued to grow, moving our HQ to Hollywood and hosting high-profile events.
After a challenging period in mid-2023, we relocated to Amsterdam, restructured, and started afresh. By December 2023, we had regained our momentum. In April 2024, we negotiated our biggest deal ever, marking a significant achievement for Clicks Talent.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Throughout my journey with Clicks Talent, we faced several significant challenges and obstacles. Early on, I had to juggle freelancing while serving in the IDF, which was demanding and time-consuming. When Scorp US shut down, I lost my primary client and had to find new opportunities.
One of the toughest setbacks was when a major deal with Bytedance’s Vigo fell through, which was a significant blow to our progress. Additionally, in October 2019, we lost all our clients, leading to a critical low point for the company.
Despite these setbacks, I pivoted our focus to TikTok influencer marketing and rebuilt the company. In mid-2023, we faced another major challenge that nearly led to bankruptcy. However, we relocated to Amsterdam, restructured the business, and managed to turn things around, eventually regaining our footing and achieving new milestones.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was a bundle of energy and enthusiasm, always on the move and finding it hard to focus on any one thing for long. Diagnosed with ADHD at the age of eight, I struggled with the traditional school environment. Despite these challenges, I maintained a rebellious and entrepreneurial spirit.
I was driven by a desire to make money from an early age. At 15, I started working at a bagel shop and soon launched my first business—a waitering service—by 16. This early venture made me a few thousand dollars, showcasing my entrepreneurial inclinations.
While I was always testing limits and seeing how far I could bend the rules, I also had a responsible side, delaying smoking and drinking until I was 17. My interests leaned heavily towards social interactions, particularly with girls, more so than sports or other activities.
In summary, my personality was characterized by high energy, a rebellious streak, a strong entrepreneurial drive, and a keen interest in social connections.
