Today we’d like to introduce you to Cindy Beck.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I have been interested in design work for several years, but always worked a 9-5 office job…until I proved to the company that I could be their in-house designer and I would save them a lot of money…That is where it all began!! I went to a design college in Orange County and earned my degree.
From there, I decided I was going to start my own Design Company, X1mediatools. I have been designing ever since. I have also learned Website Design so I offer those services as well.
It has been well over 8 years now and I have several clients that I work with occasionally. And I get a lot of referrals, so that is a great way to meet new clients.
I am always welcoming new clients with professionalism and a smile.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
My company has done very well in the past few years, but have noticed that there have been more smaller budgets when speaking with new clients lately, so that has been a challenge, but I am still moving forward.
