Meet Sandra Gutierrez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandra Gutierrez.

Sandra Gutierrez is a Colombian actress who has been gracing the American screen since 2016. Having graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy with a BFA in theater, she quickly set out to make her mark in Hollywood.

Sandra has been part of films such as Tales from the Hood II (produced by Spike Lee) A clear shot, and a man call Hunter.

She has also recently worked on the shows Crazy Ex-girlfriend and Arrested Development opposite Ron Howard.

Commercially she has worked with Sprint, Ford, Honda, and KFC. She also works as a social media influencer creating and producing content for brands like Nascar, Curacao, and HBO. She has a following of over 150 thousand followers on all her social media platforms. She recently tested for the network as a series regular role for CBS’s Young and the Restless… Her motto in life is, success is what you make it and how you keep it after you achieve it.

Other than being here to pursue my career, I have a foundation for patients for Psoriasis called @fundapso. I also work with Lunch on me, an organization that clothes and feeds those who live in skid row. This community needs more people to get involved and sustain it.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Los Angeles is a tough city to survive in, other than the monetary issue, the rejection and the frustration that that creates for someone who just arrived here with no family or friends, the biggest obstacle had to be being here alone and choose the right friendships that would either help me thrive or distract me from my path.

I’m an actress, singer and Social media influencer.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Everyday that I make it here is a proud moment. When I take a step toward my dreams is always rewarding. One of the proudest moments to tell was when I filmed my first TV show — crazy ex-girlfriend.
