Daily Inspiration: Meet Andreana Tkachenko

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andreana Tkachenko.

Hi Andreana, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My career as an entrepreneur and the founder of Andres Couture began quite recently, although its roots go back to my childhood. Today, I am developing three interconnected areas of my career: modeling, content creation, and entrepreneurship.

I began working as a model at a very young age, and at 14, I walked my first major runway show. Around the same time, I also started designing and sewing clothes for myself. At 19, I began actively developing my social media platforms, and today, at 21, I have built an audience of nearly one million people.

While attending fashion shows and castings, I realized how difficult it was to find clothes that fit my tall frame properly. This inspired me to create my own pieces. Soon, other women began asking where they could buy them and requesting custom-made designs. That is how Andres Couture was born and gradually became the brand people know today.

At this stage of my life, I successfully combine all three of my passions—modeling, content creation, and entrepreneurship—while continuing to grow both my personal platform and Andres Couture.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Of course, my journey has not always been smooth. I have faced many challenges in business, modeling, and other areas of my career. However, the most difficult period began when I suffered a serious knee injury that brought almost all of my work to a halt.

At that moment, I was no longer thinking about followers, profits, or contracts. My only concerns were my health and finding a way to keep the other areas of my life and work afloat, as they provided the financial support that my family and I depended on. There was no option to give up—I had to focus on my recovery, cover the cost of expensive surgeries, and continue moving forward.

I am incredibly proud that I managed to overcome that period and rebuild my life. Without this experience, however, I do not think I would appreciate life—and every moment it gives us—as deeply as I do today.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As I mentioned earlier, I am developing my career in several areas, with three main focuses: modeling, influencing, and entrepreneurship through my own clothing brand.

At the moment, I am best known as a model. While I am young, this is the main direction in which I want to achieve greater international success. What sets me apart is my ability to promote fashion and brands from my home country, as well as international brands I genuinely admire, and help them reach a wider global audience through social media.

In the fashion industry and online, I am known for my Victoria’s Secret Angel–inspired appearance and my distinctive runway walk, which people remember from the very first moment.

I am most proud of working with major brands such as Dior, Damiani, Bulgari, and Chopard, participating in Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks, collaborating with some of the world’s most influential content creators, and working with tourism ministries to promote their destinations and travel routes.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I have always been deeply interested in modern psychology. However, recently I realized that some of the greatest works for understanding human psychology are found in classic literature. These books explore the timeless problems of society, portray different personality types, and show how people respond to challenging situations. Through them, we can gain valuable experience from the lives and lessons of those who came before us.

I also enjoy podcasts in both Russian and English. Almost every taxi ride becomes a useful 15-minute learning session with a podcast playing in my headphones.

Blogs help me develop my aesthetic vision and allow me to enjoy the unique ways in which other people see and interpret the world.
