Conversations with Gianna Garcia

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gianna Garcia.

Hi Gianna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I moved to Los Angeles in early 2021. Like so many others during the pandemic, I was living back home and attending school online, with life feeling like it had been put on pause.

Then one afternoon, my childhood best friend, who was living in LA, called me with what felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. One I simply couldn’t pass up. As everyone knows, Los Angeles is a city built on dreams and endless opportunities, and taking that leap completely changed the trajectory of my life.

Fast forward to today, and I’m fortunate to be living the life I once dreamed of while working in my dream role at Reiman Partners, a boutique sports and celebrity marketing agency. The agency specializes in connecting consumer brands with impactful entertainment, media, celebrity, and influencer partnerships.

Since joining the team in 2022, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible individuals on both the talent and brand sides of the business. In recognition of my growth and contributions, I was promoted to Vice President of Brand Partnerships in 2025. In this role, I lead strategic partnerships between brands and talent, helping create authentic, high-impact campaigns that drive meaningful results.

As I continue this journey, I remain grateful for every experience, every relationship, and every opportunity that has shaped my career. Every day has given me the opportunity to learn, grow, and work alongside some of the industry’s most talented people. I’m incredibly grateful for the experiences I’ve had so far, and I can’t wait to see where the California dream continues to take me.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Of course not. I’ve faced my fair share of challenges throughout my career. Being a young woman in the entertainment and social media industry is a dream, and I love what I do. At the same time, there have been moments where I felt overlooked or underestimated simply because of my age or because I was one of the few women in the room.

While that can be discouraging at times, it’s also incredibly motivating. Every opportunity to prove myself is an opportunity to break stereotypes and help pave the way for more women in leadership. It’s inspiring to work alongside other talented women, whether they’re agents, brand executives, or creators, who continue to challenge expectations and support one another.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of surrounding yourself with mentors who believe in you, challenge you, and encourage your growth. Their guidance has given me the confidence to trust my instincts, embrace new opportunities, and remember that my voice belongs at the table. I hope to one day be that same source of encouragement and mentorship for the next generation of young women pursuing careers in business.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I work in sports and celebrity marketing, where I help connect brands with athletes, celebrities, influencers, and content creators to create authentic partnerships. Whether it’s a social media campaign, commercial, event appearance, or long term brand ambassador program, I help identify the right talent, negotiate partnerships, and bring campaigns to life from start to finish.

I work closely with both brands and talent to create collaborations that feel genuine, reach the right audiences, and deliver meaningful results. Every day is different, which is one of the things I love most about my job. I get to combine creativity, relationship building, and strategy while working with some of the world’s most recognizable brands and personalities.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
Stay ambitious and wanting more! Opportunities aren’t going to land on your lap, if you have a dream, go chase it and give it 100%.
