Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Benjamin Horning DC.

Hi Dr. Benjamin, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Dr. Horning always wanted to help people from a young age. He grew up in a Chiropractic family and wanted to continue the lineage. He fell in love with Orange County and started his practice at 27. Over the years he’s focused on the looking at the whole person. Treating the body with chiropractic and nutrition. He’s work on professional and Olympic athletes, celebrities, moms, dads, kids, and grandparents. He’s treated people from all walks of life. His youngest patient was 20 hours old and his oldest was 96 years old. He has mentored 12 chiropractic interns and has been on half a dozen podcasts. He even had his 5 minutes of fame with a TikTok hitting 18.3 million views. And he doesn’t plan on stopping, with his new office expansion he is focusing on group workout classes to keep his patients moving and staying fit. He is proud to be a well-known Laguna Hills Chiropractor and looks forward to continuing to serve his community.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely some ups and down. When I started, I went up against being so young as well as overcoming chiropractic skepticism. But by persisting and doing good work these challenges dissipated, and I operate a successful office now.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
When looking for a mentor, look for someone who is not only good at his/her craft but is succeeding in all aspects of life. When networking, try to help others first and don’t be shy about your successes. I’ve had more opportunities in networking by being an active participant and not being coy on what I bring to the table.
