Elina Danilova’s Stories, Lessons & Insights

Elina Danilova shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Elina, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
A lot of my joy, especially this holiday season, has come from spending quality time with my family. We’ve been hiking, biking along the beach, cooking meals together, and even playing padel — which has been so fun and energizing. Family time and movement have always been my top priorities, and this season they’ve felt especially meaningful. These simple but important routines keep me happy, inspired, and grounded, and they help me show up as my best self in both my business and my life.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Elina Danilova, a life coach, wellness influencer, and female entrepreneur, building brands that focus on clean beauty, mindful living, and helping others glow from the inside out. I’m the founder of Elina Spray Tan LA, a clean-beauty spray tanning company serving the Los Angeles and Long Beach areas, and the creator of I Love You Vitamin Gummies. My journey began in the medical field, where I discovered my passion for helping people feel healthier, happier, and more confident in their own skin.
Elina Spray Tan LA was created as a healthier alternative to tanning beds and long hours in the sun. We focus on customized spray tans that deliver a natural glow while reducing UV exposure. We use skin-loving, nourishing solutions that are suitable for sensitive skin, moms-to-be, and allergy- or acne-prone skin, because I want clients to feel cared for, not just “sprayed.”
I believe in a holistic approach to beauty and wellbeing — the mind and body are deeply connected. With I Love You Gummies, we support wellness from the inside out using natural vitamins, minerals, and herbs. After months of developing the formula, I created a thoughtful blend designed to support glow, hair, skin, nails, and sleep, and I’m proud they are manufactured locally in Pasadena, CA.
I care deeply about what we put on our skin, what we put in our bodies, and what we feed our minds, because when we’re intentional, we truly vibrate differently. Whether through my brands, coaching, partnerships, or one-on-one client work, my mission is to elevate the people around me and help them glow — inside and out.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
This year, 2025, I experienced the loss of someone very dear to me — a person who deeply shaped me and had a significant impact on my life. Their passing shook me and made me reflect on how I see the world. It shifted my focus from “doing more” to truly being present, loving my people, and taking even better care of my health and energy.
Through their life and their loss, I was reminded that our time here is precious. It’s not only about adding more days to our lives, but about adding more life to our days — more presence, more connection, more joy. As 2025 comes to an end, I encourage everyone to reflect on how you can add more life to your days and be intentional with how you live. This awareness continues to guide how I show up in my life and businesses, and how I care for the people I love and the clients I serve — with even more kindness, gratitude, and love.

What’s something you changed your mind about after failing hard?
I once believed that failure meant I wasn’t good enough. After failing hard, I realized failure is simply feedback — it’s actually a part of success. It shows us what doesn’t work, helps us grow, and gives us more opportunities to learn, adapt, and ultimately succeed.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
I believe in treating people with respect, kindness, honesty, and compassion whether it’s clients, team members, or family. Success means nothing to me if it isn’t built with kindness, integrity, and genuine care for others.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
The world slows down anytime I walk along the ocean or meditate/sit in silence. Those are the moments when I find clarity, peace, inspiration, and the gentle push to keep moving forward.
