Story & Lesson Highlights with Jayne Trimble of Venice

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Jayne Trimble. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Jayne, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
Yes, I took my TV Show across the country! I am the Host and Producer of The Empower Women Show® with Rogers TV, which launched in one province in Canada April 2025. It was always my vision to interview incredible women across the country- so that’s what we did. In Oct we took the show on a roadshow across 5 provinces!

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Jayne Trimble, I am the host and producer of The Empower Women Show® with Rogers TV. I interview incredible women who are entrepreneurs, leaders or professionals, especially if they work in a non-traditional role like Agriculture, Tech or STEM. We like to talk about certain topics like financial literacy, fertility journeys, flipping the script on shame, and more. I am also the CEO and Founder of World Peach Records, which is a record label for women out of LA.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
The moment a therapist validated all the loss I had encountered growing up in an alcoholic home, and what a profound effect that had on how I see the world and the world I was creating around me. That moment led me to the 12 step rooms to get the support I really needed and to start the grieving process that ultimately led me to finding myself, my voice, and my power.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I love this question. Because that’s exactly what happened- my greatest pain turned into my greatest power, through grief work. My mess became my message. I wouldn’t say I was hiding my pain, I was in denial and denial kept me safe. It was my buffer and way of surviving a dysfunctional home. I’m able to use my voice powerfully now because I found my truth and I am able to recognize it in others and pull it out of them. Going through painful circumstances and coming out the other side makes you a really good listener. Not just with your ears, but with your intuition, experience and nervous system. It makes you very aware of what’s going on, and what’s being said beyond the words.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Time alone. I’m a hard-core introvert and have had to say ‘no’ to many an offer to go out and do something social. My bestie knows that if I say no its nothing personal, I just need to recharge my batteries.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
How important it is to listen to, and act on what your inner child wants, needs and desires. To take care of him/her like your life depends on it. Because it does.
