An Inspired Chat with Albert Myles of Beverly Hills

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Albert Myles. Check out our conversation below.

Albert, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Lately, what’s been bringing me the most joy is my wife, traveling the world together, enjoying life’s finer moments, and just spending quality time with her. Focusing on what matters most in my personal life, my health and our marriage, lets me show up even stronger for my clients.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m the Founder and CEO of Opufinite, a former professional basketball player in Europe, board member, global citizen, philanthropist, and speaker.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Living in Switzerland, competing in professional sports across Europe, and building a life with my wife have profoundly shaped how I see the world. Switzerland taught me precision, discipline, and perspective. Sports revealed the value of resilience, teamwork, and pushing beyond perceived limits. Marriage continues to teach me commitment, balance, and what truly matters. And living within a multicultural environment has deepened my ability to connect and resonate with people from all walks of life. Together, these experiences have shaped not only how I lead and work but how I approach every challenge and opportunity with focus, integrity, and purpose.

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear that has held me back the most is the fear of not being perfect enough, of falling short of my own high standards. As a perfectionist, I’ve often hesitated to take risks or put myself out there, worrying that anything less than flawless wouldn’t be accepted. Over time, I’ve learned that growth comes from embracing imperfection, taking bold steps, and trusting that effort and intention matter more than flawless execution.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
The cultural value I protect above all else is integrity. In my work, it means being honest, accountable, and principled with every client and decision. At home, it means showing up fully for my wife and our life together. Protecting this value ensures that trust and authenticity guide everything I do, both professionally and personally.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
I protect integrity above all else, giving my best behind the scenes, not for praise, but for the impact it creates and the people it empowers.
