What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?

Coffee? Workouts? Hitting the snooze button 14 times? Everyone has their morning ritual and we LOVE hearing about them. Some of our favorite members of the community share their morning rituals below.

Gratitude and movement! I spend a few moments with prayers and affirmations, thinking of the many things I’m thankful for in my life. Then I get moving. A 2-to-3 mile walk most days. followed by some breakfast and a strong cup of coffee! I feel like this routine sets me up well for whatever the day may bring. Read more>>

The first 90 minutes to 2 hours of my morning are probably the most magical parts of my day. It’s when I get the most done, and it’s when my best ideas come to me as well. I wake up every morning at 5am and partake in a 10-15 minute meditation. Read more>>

I like mornings. I like to take it slow, make myself some coffee and sit with my thoughts. But most importantly, I try to start writing in the first hour of the day. I find if I start writing the second I wake up, I’m still too tired to think to myself if what I am working on is a bad idea or not. Read more>>
