Hi Joss, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What are you chasing, and what would happen if you stopped?
What I’m chasing right now is my dream—just like everyone else. I’m doing what I love, and I’ve been pursuing this dream for the last 15 years. It’s not easy. I might not end up exactly where I want to be, but I’m giving it everything I’ve got, and I feel like I’m almost there.
Stopping now would mean giving up after all the hard work, sweat, pain, and effort I’ve already put in. So I won’t stop. I’ll do whatever it takes to make it happen, and no one can make me give up.
I’m lucky—I’m doing what I love. And that’s what life is really about.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
One of the moments that truly shaped the way I see life and work was a heart attack I suffered nine years ago. That experience changed everything for me. Before it happened, I didn’t pay much attention to my health, stress levels, or personal well-being. I was constantly working, always focused on productivity, and rarely took time to care for myself as a person—not just as a professional.
After that wake-up call, my life shifted in every way. I started making a conscious effort to work less, stress less, and make time for the things I genuinely care about—the things that bring me joy. It hasn’t been easy, but it’s been necessary.
We all live in an increasingly stressful world, and unfortunately, most people don’t slow down until something serious happens. My advice: don’t wait for that moment. Prioritize your well-being now, while you still have the chance.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, many times—and lately, I feel like giving up almost every day. But I’m holding on, taking it one day at a time. We’ll see where the path leads.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, I believe I behave the same way in public as I do in my personal life. I’m fun, I try to enjoy life, laugh whenever possible, and make the most of every moment. I’m also one of the most real and honest people you’ll ever meet.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What pain do you resist facing directly?
I carry a lot of pain inside—pain I try not to face every day because doing so would be overwhelming. I confront it every now and then, because I have no other choice, but it’s a difficult struggle I’m going through right now.
This is one of the hardest and most painful times in my life. I pray every day and hold on to faith that things will get better. I’ve reached a point where I feel emotionally numb—where I just don’t care as much anymore.
At this point, I’ve done all I can. Now, I leave it in the hands of the universe and hope for healing and peace.
