Today we’d like to introduce you to Leah Lau.

Thanks for sharing your story with us, Leah. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Hi, everyone! It’s so joyful to connect here! I was born into this lifetime with access across time, space, and dimensions. As a Lightworker — as an energy healer and channel — I chose to come into this incarnation to help, and have dedicated this life to making the world a more loving and equitable place, mostly through education and health. I serve as a bridge with people’s higher souls, loved ones, ancestors, spirit Guides, and Ascended Masters (think Guardian Angels). I help connect people with all of the love and support that their guides collectively are always sharing with them. This, at a simultaneously intimate and global level, is to help raise the vibration and consciousness of our world so that we are always living and feeling Oneness. We are all extensions of divinity together.

Here in Los Angeles, as a Reiki Master Teacher, and Master Akashic Records Reader & Healer, I serve in roles as an Intuitive, Healer, Founding Teacher, and Facilitator, for individual sessions and group events at four healing centers in the Los Angeles area: Mystic Journey Crystals in Venice; Mystic Manor mansion in Venice; Magical Mystery School in Awa Oasia, in Downtown Los Angeles; and Liberated Bliss, in Redondo Beach. I channel Group Akashic 555 Portal Readings, Healings, and Energy Activations via video conference to help connect us all wherever we are, and also do private remote sessions for anywhere in the country or world via phone, video, and home visits.

I am grateful to my parents for recognizing my spirituality from when I was a young child. My mom noticed my multidimensional access and observations on the world and was very supportive. When I was learning to read, she mixed in books like the Illustrated Hatha Raja Yoga, Edgar Cayce on Reincarnation, and Edgar Cayce on Atlantis, with my Curious George and Berenstain Bears picture books! My family is enormous and very close across the generations. I am also one of six children! My parents, grandparents, and stepmom, taught me loving respect for our ancestors and family, and Buddhism from a young age so that I was well prepared with my meditation and yogic practices which I continue every morning. Within Los Angeles, I usually go to the Self Realization Fellowship Temples, founded by Paramahansa Yogananda, about one to two times per week. I have been very grateful to receive multiple blessings during the years from Amma, the Hugging Saint, from India, and to receive a personalized mantra practice from her, which I do for several hours every day, as I have woven it throughout my life.

The universe has had me walking many paths so that I have a deep understanding about how many aspects of our world runs. I grew up in the Bay Area and lived in San Francisco for most of my adult life. Though I have traveled extensively and lived in other places around our country, California is always Home Sweet Home! I’ve been to all seven continents, done solo photography and trekking wilderness expeditions all over California and at the far edges of the earth, and did a round-the-world trip a few years ago.

When I celebrated my 30th birthday and solar return, I went to Antarctica, which I still consider my favorite place that I have traveled to. It is a utopia in its way. It’s the largest wilderness on the planet, so you can feel the natural rhythms of the earth; a place of international peace treaty, of scientific research and environmental protections. I’ve watched 12’ wingspan albatrosses flying over the ocean, saw a pod of Humpback Whales feeding and diving with their beautiful fluked tails cresting the ocean surface time and time again, and had little Chinstrap and Adelie Penguins nuzzling at my feet.

I’ve been Heli Hike glacier trekking on the South Island of New Zealand at Franz Josef Glacier, where you get dropped by helicopter into the heart of the glacier, strap on your crampons, and trek precariously over the deep blue ice. In a fascinating twist of mother nature, the glacier is also set atop a rainforest mountain with geothermal activity so that when you come back down, you’re among the lush trees and can soak your frozen bones in natural hot springs!

In the giant red sand dunes of Namibia, in southwestern Africa, I was on sand dune trekking safari, and slept beneath the Acacia Trees, out in the wilderness where I could see the brilliant refracted light of our Milky Way Galaxy and the Southern Cross constellation.

I speak many languages, including being fluent in English and Spanish; knowing basic Italian, Mandarin, and French; having familiarity with Sanskrit, Hebrew and Swahili, and colloquial greetings in a dozen other languages and dialects. When I travel to other countries and meet people from different cultures, I love to greet them in their own languages and dialects! I once was interviewed in Spanish for Argentinian television in Tierra del Fuego, in one of the southernmost areas of the world, at the tip of Patagonia, about the wonders of watching an ice cave collapse — part of a natural cyclical phenomenon at Perito Moreno Glacier.

During those frequent traveling years, I also did carbon offsets for all of my domestic and international travel so that my getting to wilderness was not at the cost of our collective environment.

As for how I did all of that travel over the first decades of this life? I have had a multi-decade career as an Editor and Photographer, and have worked in local, national, and international philanthropy, corporations, government, and nonprofits, including at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., the Charles Schwab Foundation, the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development in San Francisco through the U.S. Department of Commerce, for General Motors Advanced Technology Vehicles for the prototype electric vehicle program, and as the Director of Communications for a nonprofit here in Los Angeles. I’ve spearheaded international philanthropic work in education onsite in Cambodia and Kenya for children and teens living in extreme poverty. I have a BA degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Chicago and also studied at UC Berkeley and UCLA along the way.

Has it been a smooth road?
A struggle that I called The Odyssey — pun intended — was paying for and finishing my BA degree from the University of Chicago. It took many years, where I was in school full time and working part time, or working full time and in school part time. I also had student loans that I paid off by working corporate jobs multiple times across the decades.

Another struggle was going public about being a Lightworker. I was always aware of my multidimensional access and that my experience of life and seeing across time and space was different than many people’s. Oftentimes, when I would “meet” a new person for the first time, upon making eye contact, my experience of them would actually be a memory. Like a timelapse movie montage, I’d see flashing images of our previous incarnations together; different ways in which I’d known them; the myriad roles we all have in each others’ lives as our Soul Groups evolve together and are constantly helping each other along the way. Things are changing now, but interacting in the 3D world hasn’t always allowed for acknowledgement of such phenomena.

For many years, I was also very tapped into the soul fields of the children who were trying to be born to me and my friends. Exactly 20 years ago when I met one of my closest friends, I dreamt that I met her daughter. I knew exactly what the baby looked like, the gender, and the personality. That happened six years before her daughter was born. For another close friend, I dreamt that I met her newborn son. He was healthy and I could see exactly what he looked like. When I told her I had “met” him in a dream, she and her husband were overjoyed. They got pregnant with him the following month.

Sadly, the news about my and my friends’ pregnancies and issues with infertility wasn’t always as we would hope. I also would know when my friends’ babies would miscarry. For so many years, that type of knowledge, and being present through my and my friends’ mourning processes over these souls that tried to come through us haunted me. So much of the time when women miscarry, they blame themselves, wondering if they could have taken care of their health better, or managed stress and environmental factors, or whether they could have tried to have children when they were younger.

I have been everywhere in the spectrum of wanting to have biological children. As a young woman, I didn’t, because I had so much of life ahead of me and things that I wanted to do. And then when I was 34 – 36 years old, the Biological Clock — it is a real thing — consumed my life and relationships. It was at the UCSF Infertility Clinic that I learned that while I had many eggs and healthy egg follicles, that I had several medical issues with my uterus. After several excruciating surgeries and much consideration about whether I’d try in-vitro, I calmed much of my soul searching about whether I’d have biological children. I’ve always had the mindset of taking care of the people who are already here. I’ve personally been to areas of extreme poverty and met many children who are orphans. I know adoption is always an option for me and for others.

As for the souls that tried to come through me? It took many years but I’ve reached a peaceful place of acceptance about them, too. Throughout this life, I’ve been reunited so many times with ancient souls that I have loved across time. I’ve met people within my own family and among my own friends whom I recognize as having been my children before. And the important thing is not whether they are my biological children in this incarnation but how much I love them and care for them as they are now. All of us  — all of these souls that love each other across all space, time, and dimensions — we choose to keep coming back to each other.

We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
I help people love themselves more. By lovingly acknowledging and accepting the help of our Guides, humans can feel more love and support than is just available to them at the earthly level alone.

As an energy healer and channel, I am most known for Akashic Records Readings and Multidimensional energy activations that are 5D (Fifth Dimension), 6D (6th Dimension) and above. I channel high vibration healing energy frequencies from the 5D – 13D (through the 13th Dimension, of Archangels).

By bringing the higher vibrations of love, light, and compassion, channeled from the 5th Dimension and beyond, I can help bring these loving frequencies to those on earth to help raise their own feelings of love, of self-acceptance, of goodwill and compassion toward others. It is in embodying love for our fellow humans that we can lift the vibration of this planet and serve for our own highest good and the highest good for all.

What I’m most proud of is my integrity and ability to see things from a broad perspective. When we look at everything through the lens of Love, Compassion, and Forgiveness, we can see the light in all.

I am a part of a global network of Lightworkers who channel with high-frequency Spirit Guides, including the Pleiadians, Lyrans, Sirians, and Arcturians, who help guide the world in unifying science and spirituality. I came into this incarnation to help. I, along with the others, some may call them my friends, my fellow Lightworkers, my allies — we were both chosen and we chose to come to help. It is with hearts full of love and service that we are here. We see our fellow beings with love and compassion. We see their suffering and seek to help relieve it, to transmute it. For there is no need for suffering, anywhere, on any level. All is a matter of perspective.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
For the Spirituality and Wellness industries, the changes are here and are quite evident even now. Lightworkers can be in full presence and publicly share their light and gifts with the world. Especially in places like Los Angeles, where there is such a vast and supportive spiritual community, and where people flock from all over this world for their place in the sun.

I see the growth of spirituality and wellness being openly discussed at the human level increasing with time such that people will eventually think of their health and wellness as being totally integrated into their priorities; that self-care will not be a luxury for a few; that self-love, self-care, and a healthy mind / body / spirit complex will all be second nature. People will not think of their health as a luxury to take for granted. They will see their health and well-being, and the well-being of all, as totally One with their own state of being.

This all serves the Quantum Acceleration for how humans are evolving and how humans are quickly Ascending together.

We are in the Age of Aquarius, by most western calculations; and the Dwapara Yuga, by Hindu calculations by Swami Sri Yukteswar, the guru of Paramahansa Yogananda.

The Age of Aquarius is an approximately 2,000 year time of egalitarianism and technology. It follows the Age of Pisces, which we just finished, and which was a time of strong male leadership and patriarchy.

For humanity to make the shift from patriarchy to egalitarianism is evidenced in the changes we saw in the 1960s and 1970s, in particular. That is a microcosm. The shifts are happening. It is a matter of the mindset and behaviors of humans catching up to what’s already occurred at a cosmic level.

With regard to the Dwapara Yuga, it is part of a 4-cycle stage and corresponds with a Bronze Age. We just finished the Kali Yuga, which was a lower time. In terms of human evolution in this perspective, we are on the upswing again. These cycles are 12,000 so also a long view.

Many people in the world are both ready for and craving these higher vibrations, and to evolve beyond the 3D — where earth had been operating — into the 4D, 5D, and above.
