Meet Constanza Patitucci

Today we’d like to introduce you to Constanza Patitucci.

Hi Constanza, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I don’t know at this point if I have a fair date when I started on this journey if I start to think about things that have happened to me or how I have thought or things that I have always liked, I could say that I have always been on this journey. We all grow with social beliefs, family beliefs, we create our own and others we heritage, and we are leaving behind who we really are.

But the Universe and God always have a way of showing us our way, who we are and get us out of our comfort zone as many times as necessary. I can say that I always had a journey with my health until I reached a point where the doctor said that I can have skin cancer, so grateful it wasn’t, but at that moment I knew that something had to change, that something was not right. I did not want my children to have a sick mother all the time, I wasn’t happy with myself, not even in my own skin, full of insecurities. That year had been very difficult for me in many aspects of my life- work, personally, economically, emotionally, and physically. I wanted to feel healthy, and I really need a change and I asked God and the Universe to help me. I remember having the need to go see my Aunt Silvia, she lives in Las Vegas. She gave me a metaphysics book and told me, “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.” and everything began to change little by little, from the people around me, my thinking, my health, my way of relating, but above all, my way of seeing myself. I went deep with my healing in my fears, my health and I keep learning, evolving, growing, healing and now helping others in their healing process.

Reiki was what brought the most light and healing to my life. Being able to reconnect with myself from the side of love and compassion was the key to my journey. To begin to feel the presence of my guides and angels, to see how everything was falling into place, I went through a lot of changes. God put me on this wonderful path with beautiful beings of light who seem the light in me even when I couldn’t, my family was my biggest support, reconnect with myself fill my soul with love, find peace, harmony and healing in my family and with my own story, it goes beyond words. Things are going to keep happening, but now I can approach it from a different place, and even if we don’t understand in the moment, everything has a meaning. I believe in the Divine Time.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was difficult to face certain fears, insecurities, to recognize and not listen when that negative internal voice spoke to me and does not allow me to move forward. I stopped pushing pain down and confronted it, knowing that I am enough, that I am worth it, that I can do things well and in my own way, and have no need to seek the approval of outsiders, know that neither my language, nor religion, nor how I speak English, nor a career defines me. Learning to say “NO” and value myself was the hardest part. Realizing that I was angry with my story, my childhood was also difficult, it is an everyday job. I feel very grateful to God, the Universe, my guides of divine light, for crossing in my life so many spiritual Masters, my Soul Sisters, my Yayas, my siblings who play an important role in my life, along with my mom, and the love of my life who are my children and my husband who are my great support. As I said, it is an “Everyday Job” checking yourself and your feelings, which requires a lot of effort, strength, compassion and patience and love with oneself and with our process, but so worthy. Life is a beautiful roller coaster to enjoy.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We all have a path and a mission in this life, the important thing beyond that is not to waste it and take advantage of every moment of your life, live the moment, be present. I do not like to put labels on what I am since I believe that each person is like a unique tree, for example we have the roots, which is where we come from, our ancestors, our history, our childhood, the trunk is where it leads us, the branches, each branch is a part of us and of what we are achieving. For example, the branch of the family, of the career, of friends, work, partner, profession, etc., each branch brings out flowers and leaves, some fall off as they completed their cycle, others remain forever. We never stop creating new branches and each one is part of us and they are embellishing our tree, making it bigger thicker, neither better nor worse than others, but unique.

One of my main branches at this moment is Reiki. I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner through my 60. Minutes Reiki session, my greatest intention is for each client to feel relaxed and at peace, helping them to release stagnant or negative energies and thus promoting their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. With the same objective are my monthly Reiki group in which I work every month on a different chakra, and likewise it is a great passion for me to teach others Reiki and see how they evolve and change at each level that they learn and evolving and for those who want and feel it, they also have a monthly group support to be able to dispel any doubts, receive advice about their sessions and also can practice and receive Reiki.

I am proud to have created my own 1.1 self-improvement program that is based on my experience and studies, each person has a different one, based on what is happening at that moment in their life’s, this mentorship is for a period of 5 weeks my intention is to help them realize that it is what does not allow them to advance, to understand their own subconscious, fears, obstacles and to regain their own power. The other branch is Shamanic, I am a shamanic practitioner and it is one of my great passions at this time where I combine the ancestral wisdom of mother earth together with the divine and healing energy of Reiki, other is be a student of Mediumship be able to connect with our loved ones, and bring a message of love, light and healing is so beautiful. My mission at this time is to continue helping others to discover their self and strengthen, reconnect with their own power and for me to be able to hold space in their healing process is so beautiful and filled my heart and soul with so much light and love.

Any big plans?
I believe a lot in changes (although certain changes are scary and difficult), in growing and evolving, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, I love to giving and I learned to receive, I like to learn from others and also transmit my experience, I think the skyline It unlimited if you act with love, I have many future plans, other big projects that I hope be able to realize, create a workshop for the Hispanic community, be able to work with adolescents, and especially my greatest dream is to be able to work with children in need and help them not to lose faith in themselves and that regardless of their situation they have an internal power that they can use. I believe that childhood is the basis of everything and if it is not strong at some point what is built can fall apart. Helping them to recover their voice and show them that they can write their own story beyond any circumstance. I love to hold space for anyone who needs. Keep creating is a passion for me, I believe a lot in the ripple effect, when someone raises their level of consciousness, we all do it, when someone heals, we all do it, is a ripple effect of light and love that we all receive, for our best and highest good.
