Today we’d like to introduce you to Alan Jackson.

Alan Jackson is the founder and vision behind Lemonade, enticing Californians with the simple allure of beautifully prepared salads, hearty braised meats, satisfying sandwiches, decadent desserts, and of course, thirst-quenching lemonades. A California native, Alan named the restaurant “Lemonade” because of the bright and comforting feeling you get when you simply say the word. The original sunny day spot!

An accomplished chef in Los Angeles, Alan decided to ditch the upscale dining scene to launch the first Lemonade in West Hollywood in 2008, craving to create a chef-driven, contemporary approach to fine food. . . done fast. Alan’s confident yet relaxed concept has curated a loyal following and nurtured Lemonade into a neighborhood favorite.

Who was Lemonade designed to cater to?
Lemonade caters to people looking for a quick lunch or a healthy grab-and-go dinner for the family. We believe good food is in the taste buds of the beholder and a mouthwatering, quality meal is for everyone. We aspire to take the elitism out of conscious eating and put emphasis on convenience, flexibility, and affordability.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
