Story & Lesson Highlights with Viandra Dunn of Los Angeles

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Viandra Dunn. Check out our conversation below.

Hi Viandra , thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me right now is to wake up & pray, eat breakfast, work out, get some work done, talk to my family, get ready for tomorrow & pray again.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Viandra Dunn. I am a talented rapper/singer, owner of Badgirlbyvia, entrepreneur, actress & songwriter. What makes my jobs interesting & special to me is the fact that I have been doing everything independently. I am working on my upcoming mixtape that will be releasing early 2026 alongside my second drop from my clothing brand. I am super excited to show you guys what I have in store.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
To be honest, I don’t think the world “told me” to be anything. I feel like everything that has happend for me has been god given. It was not forced, a lot of things fell into my lap. I am so grateful for that. It’s so funny because I originally was going to college to be a lawyer but god had other plans for me.

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
I don’t really fear much but it was hard doing everything at first especially when the closest people to you didn’t see the vision at first. One thing I learned is if god has a calling on your life stay true to yourself even if others may not see your vision because it is YOUR vision for a reason. Some things have to be experienced, not explained.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say my family and my career really matters to me.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What will you regret not doing?
I think I would regret not trying & not believing in myself. Peoples lives change for the better over night all the time & I want everyone to understand that anything is possible! Chase your dreams!!!
