Good morning Flash, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
A recent moment that made me feel proud was being able to bring the #TPGXperience to the Miami Carnival stage. It was a goal achieved!!! Being on stage doing what I love at one of the premiere Caribbean events in the United States. was exciting! The feeling was incredible.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Flash aka The Party General, the 4-Star DJ/MC, is based out of the entertainment capital, Los Angeles, California. The multi-talented disc jockey enjoys being the party peoples’ DJ!!!

Being a Belizean, via New York City and Los Angeles, Flash has been able to grasp his calling and take the family talent baton and find his niche to reach both an American and Caribbean/International audience.

Presently, Flash enjoys being the host of his exciting new TV show on Urban Soul, TV. The Turntable Takeover Show. The show is all about the culture of DJs. A show for DJs, by DJs and about DJs.

This dynamic new TV show dives deep into the culture, the hustle, and the magic behind the decks. Each week, DJ legends and rising stars come together to share their journeys, challenges, and stories.

With special guest DJs and entertainers, The Turntable Takeover gives you a behind-the-scenes look at what it truly takes to rock the party and keep the crowds moving. It’s not just about the music; it’s about the lifestyle, the grind, and the unique bond that brings DJs and fans together through sound.

What breaks the bonds between people is having no integrity and effective communication. What restores bonds is both parties agreeing to dialogue to come to a common ground,

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering makes you stronger and appreciate the good things in the life. If you have success all the time, you tend to take life for granted. and not fully appreciate the good things in life.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
I admire my best friend. He has been a steady rock for over 3 decades. Great family man, solid friend. A blessing to have whenever I need a confidant.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What will you regret not doing? 
I will regret not travelling earlier and living life sooner. I was more focused on school and working at a job instead of living life and focusing on seeing more of America and the world. Fully pursuing my goals and taking it more seriously.
