Art , it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
First thing i do is drink a tall grass of water. then VISUALIZE my day and the way i want it to go. Workout, Read and get rid of email that are NOT productive in my day. ( this saves and hour of PRIME MAKE MONEY time.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who taught you the most about work?
Not really about work. But, about being RELENTLESS and having a DONT QUIT attitude. I owe this mostly to my mentors along my journey to success. I invested heavily in myself as a young man. I attended just about every Self Help, Motivation and Sales seminars and Boot-Camps in the country, spending in upwards of $100,000 on myself to be who I am today.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
YES… Along my journey, I went through a couple of divorce(2002 & 2011), a 2005 bankrupcy, 1992 Kuwait war, 2007 recession, 2007 IRS audit, 2020 covid and then your regular daily obstacles that I had to overcome. Many times thinking about quitting. But, to only put me in a worse financial place. That was a HARD NO. I kept pushing, kept being relentless and kept a positive mental attitude.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
100%. I am an open book. All of my social media platforms show you the real me. NOT fake at all, I am an Aries.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
Eventhough, I LOVE my work. I am fortunate enough to NOT need to work anymore. But, I would stop working to spend my last days with my family, traveling and just enjoying my days..
