Sade, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
What’s been bringing me joy lately is having more gratitude for the small things, enjoying the outdoors, soaking up the sun, and simply being home relaxing in solitude. LA can be a bit hectic at times with all the events and hustle and bustle, so lately I’ve been finding peace in stillness and building my inner self-healing and spiritual growth.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I consider myself an innovator. I am a creative person with many facets; however, I aim to maintain balance in my life.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?

My mom, to be honest, always was supportive and taught my siblings and I that we can do all things through christ that gives us strength.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Even though my journey wasn’t easy, I’m glad I chose God’s path for guidance because, as I’ve grown older, I’ve come to realize that living a life of dishonesty isn’t worth the peace of mind that comes with feeling guilty. Therefore, I advise anyone reading this to aim for integrity rather than perfection. Do the right thing by others because it will eventually come back to you.

Yes, I am real. I believe a person’s authentic self is their best self. Be you and embrace your flaws and all; there’s only one of you,so why not love yourself by being yourself?
