Rising Stars: Meet Savannah Vinson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Savannah Vinson.

Savannah, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Three years ago, I graduated high school a year early and moved to NYC from Ohio. I took the big step to pursue my modeling career. Fast forward, I am now signed with five modeling agency’s. I was able to model for some of my favorite brands including Marc Jacob’s fragrance, Target, Sephora, etc. After I accomplished some of my dreams, I started my own casting agency Queen Castings to give talent more opportunity’s and make their dreams come true.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No! The industry is very challenging. It’s not just glitz and glam. As far as my modeling career the struggle was my height. I am 5”6, the typical model standard is 5”9.

Thankfully the industry is changing and becoming more diverse! With a great personality, you can achieve anything. Also, growing a social media following has helped a ton!

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a professional model, content creator, and casting director. I currently have 133,000 followers on TikTok and 26,600 followers on Instagram. I am the CEO of Queen Castings. We represent models, actors, dancers, influencers, and crew. We work with talent ages 3-85 years old in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami.

I have booked talent for Walmart, Target, Canva, Foot Locker, Nordstrom, Amazon Prime TV Series, etc.!

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Kindness is key! No matter where you are in life, you need to stay true to yourself and others. Everyone is unique and equal.
