Today we’d like to introduce you to Nairi Jeppson.
Hi Nairi, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I struggled with self-worth and confidence for many years, carrying the weight of acne and scarring that shaped not just my exterior, but the way I moved through life. I played small, said no to opportunities, and collected too many what ifs because I didn’t feel at home in my own face. I was left with too many regrets.
My story is also shaped by survival. As a former refugee and war survivor, I learned early the meaning of resilience and rebuilding. Becoming a mother deepened that perspective, grounding my work in compassion, intention, and the belief that care should always honor the whole person.
Working within traditional medical systems only deepened my conviction—care too often revolved around profit, not people. I created Coastline Aesthetics & Wellness to change that. Here, every patient is seen, valued, and treated with intention. My vision is simple: natural, holistic, authentic results that restore confidence—to help people feel like the best version of themselves without ever compromising who they are.
My hope is that every visit becomes more than a treatment—it becomes a moment of internal healing, a chance to rewrite the story you tell yourself when you look in the mirror. Beauty may bring you here, but confidence, connection, and self-worth are what I pray you carry back out into the world.
Nairi Jeppson, RN, BSN, PHN
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—and I don’t think meaningful work ever is. Aesthetics is a highly saturated field, especially when you’re building something intentionally and ethically. One of the early challenges has been visibility—being in a medical building without exterior signage means growth relies heavily on trust, word-of-mouth, and community presence rather than foot traffic.
At the same time, I’m balancing motherhood, staying available to my husband, adult and minor children, and continuously investing in education to keep pace with the rapidly evolving world of aesthetics and medicine. This field requires constant learning, adaptation, and refinement.
That said, I’m deeply committed. I’m building slowly, with purpose, and with a long-term vision—one that includes completing my next degree and expanding my ability to serve the community on a larger scale. Every challenge has strengthened my clarity, resilience, and determination.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
What I’m most proud of in my work is that I’ve never lost sight of the human being behind the treatment. I specialize in natural, undetectable results—enhancing rather than altering—and in practicing aesthetics with the same integrity, safety, and clinical judgment I would want for my own family.
What truly sets me apart is how I care for patients beyond the procedure. I’m known for being deeply honest, conservative when needed, and meticulous with follow-up. My patients know they’re not just a number or a transaction—they’re seen, heard, and cared for holistically.
I believe that when you prioritize patient safety, education, and trust, everything else follows. Profit is not the driver—it’s the result of doing the right thing consistently. I’m motivated by people, by their stories, and by helping them feel like the most confident version of themselves without ever compromising who they are.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Most people are surprised to learn that I speak four languages and learned my profession in my fourth—English. I moved across the world at 18, navigated Los Angeles on public buses, and built my life from the ground up. That journey taught me humility, resilience, and how to truly meet people where they are. I’m also quite funny, but not many people know that. I do different accents very well and impersonate people 🙂
