Today we’d like to introduce you to Liana Ayranian.

Hi Liana, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
We started our company over ten years ago providing services locally in Pasadena, California and soon expanded all throughout the West Side. We are well known for being the people to call for unique and character properties. Our clients call us “house whispers.” we are able to understand the home and its buyers and therefore produce a product that is successful for all parties involved. Working on the incredible variety of special homes throughout Southern California is true love and passion of ours.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s always hard when you first start and have to earn people’s trust. All we have ever needed was one chance with each client to prove ourselves and soon they turn into lifelong friends and work partners. Depending on us to propel their success.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Growing up in a famously character, home neighborhood in Pasadena allowed me the luxury of appreciating the variety of styles and architectural homes that were built in Southern California throughout the decades. Understanding the artist that originally built the homes is one of our favorite aspects and design. To bring out a homes charms while maintaining a level of comfort for its residence is an incredible orchestra.
