Hi Craig , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I embarked on my artistic journey as a teenager, and through dedicated effort and passion, I’ve unlocked a profound level of creative expression and continue to evolve and grow.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As an artist, I’ve faced challenges, including being turned down for exhibitions due to my unique style and urban aesthetic, but these setbacks fuel my creative perseverance.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a mixed media visual artist who has been blessed to exhibit my work nationwide and internationally, uplifting the African American culture and experience through my art. One of the most empowering moments is seeing my artwork shine on billboards for Indio Beer Company and being collected by visionary corporations like Direct Energy and Starbucks. What sets me apart is my use of vibrant colors.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
The city’s vibrant food scene and rich cultural heritage are undeniable draws, while opportunities for growth and improvement lie in addressing traffic and crime.
