Rising Stars: Meet Brittney Lynn of Los Angeles

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittney Lynn

Hi Brittney , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi! My name is Brittney aka Mommaboxx_ I got started as a small content creator in 2024 during my 4th pregnancy. After learning I was pregnant I stopped attending school and became a full time S.A.H.M. Which had it’s pros and cons. However during that time I created lots of content on instagram; posting my pregnancy journey pics/videos/stories and gained lots of followers plus collabs. It was all new to me and came unexpectedly, but receiving really cool products that I enjoy has been super cool! Especially because I truly enjoy making content with my husband and family. If there’s any advice I’d give to anyone…it’s just, “GO FOR IT!” Post what you want, step out of your comfort zone, stop worrying about what others might think, someone-somewhere out there is watching and being inspired!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, there’s been struggles along the way. Struggles such as: not always being confident, balancing motherhood, kids, life, marriage, content, collabs, not having the perfect clean home, I have 4 kids, 2 golden retrievers, 2 cats, so go figure lol and of course CREATIVITY. Being creative, funny and unique is very important an order to reach your audience. Through all the struggles I learn more about what to do and what not to do. Sometimes I overthink it and shouldn’t. The more fun I have the more it works for me.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I make content and review really cool items ranging from: fitness equipment, baby items, clothing, dog products, kid toys, and other random stuff. I’m known for being the mom with 4 kids, 4 fur-babies, who loves to workout, eat, play pranks on her husband, post try on videos, and product reviews. I’m most proud that at 36 years old I stepped out of my comfort zone and started being creative by using social media as a platform to earn money and land some pretty cool collabs. What sets me apart is that I don’t pretend to be perfect, I show my flaws and ups and downs, my sometimes messy home, and how chaotic my life can be, but through it all, I grow and I love it and wouldn’t change it for anything!

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I currently live in OC but used to live in DTLA by Pershing Square. What I liked about LA would be the views, buildings, urban lifestyle, restaurants and culture. What I don’t like about LA: is the traffic, trash, lack of parking and how expensive it can be.
