Today we’d like to introduce you to Youssef Fakhouri.

Youssef, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I began experimenting with Nuts and seeds to impress a woman who was vegan Chef . I thought I could win her heart. While the romance did not work out, I ended up with the best damn vegan cheese. Ever. That captured the attention of world’s audience – with attracting guests from around the globe.

Not a day goes by without bloggers coming in taking notes and pictures of my creations.

Vromage has been opened since august 2014 I have received reviews from around the globe including LA Weekly, LA Business Journal, VEBU (Germany), Ren Magazine (Japan), Westtways magazine, vegetarian magazine and others . Because my success other business trying to copy my trademark name internationally

I’m doing it to satisfy the people who thought they could not eat cheese again.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
With my back round restaurant experiences, my invention stands out because the product speaks for itself.

The struggles remain the same people want to learn how I do it.

I invented my product .i invented the name Vromage. I love what I do I contributed something good for health and good for the environment .cruelty free .no animal product I am very proud to make the wold a better place I am inspired daily by all the people who love what i do .
my business all about integgrety not operated in very commercial way I produce unique product every thing I do come with care and love.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Making the world a better place by providing healthy, delicious cruelty free product I was capable of inventing including the name Vromage.
