Today we’d like to introduce you to Tajanel Chinyere.
Hi Tajanel, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Absolutely. I’m an encourager, a child of God, a leader, a faith builder, and a problem solver. I’m also a wife, mother of three, content creator, and coach. But none of those titles came easily or in the way I expected.
My journey is layered with unexpected transitions and surrendered dreams. I was once a rising professional track and field athlete with my sights set on the highest levels of competition. But life shifted when I became a military wife. I had to make the incredibly difficult decision to walk away from the track, laying down a dream I had trained for most of my life. That transition forced me to reimagine what purpose, identity, and impact could look like beyond the lanes of competition.
In the quiet moments of starting over, I discovered a new calling—to use my voice, my faith, and my story to uplift others. I started sharing online, not because I had everything figured out, but because I knew that someone else needed to see what perseverance, grace, and healing really looked like behind the scenes.
What started as simple encouragement through devotionals and daily life turned into a growing platform. I now coach women to build confidence, steward their gifts, and show up boldly in their God-given identity—whether they’re creating content, growing a brand, or simply navigating their own “in-between” seasons.
I got here by showing up consistently, even when I felt invisible. By leaning into God’s direction, trusting the process, and choosing purpose over perfection. And now, my mission is to remind other women that the very pieces of their story they think disqualify them are often the ones that make them the most impactful.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all. The road has been anything but smooth—but it’s been purposeful. Behind every highlight has been a hallway season, and behind every win has been a battle.
One of my biggest struggles was identity—especially after stepping away from my athletic career. I had trained so long for a dream that suddenly shifted, and I found myself questioning, “Who am I without the title, the performance, or the applause?” Becoming a military wife added another layer of transition. Adjusting to deployments, rebuilding, and adapting to new environments while supporting my husband’s calling stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.
At the same time, I felt led to step into the world of content creation—a space that looked fun and inspiring from the outside but was a whole new world of strategy, consistency, vulnerability, and learning curves. Navigating that space while raising three young children, homeschooling, nurturing my marriage, and launching a coaching business was far from easy.
I often battled the lie that I had to choose between purpose and personal peace, between calling and motherhood.
But in those hard places, I found the strength of God in a new way. I learned to rest in His pace, trust His process, and surrender what I thought life should look like so I could embrace what He was actually building. Each struggle developed a different layer of faith and resilience in me. And looking back, the road may not have been smooth, but it has been sacred. I’m grateful for the story God has developed through me.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a content creation coach, faith-based encourager, and community builder who helps women step into their God-given identity and share their voice with clarity and confidence. I specialize in helping beginner and intermediate content creators grow their platforms with purpose—especially those who feel called but overlooked, gifted but unsure where to start.
Through coaching programs, devotionals, digital resources, and online courses, I teach women how to create content that is not just trendy—but transformational. Whether it’s breaking down strategy for TikTok and YouTube, helping someone tell their story with boldness, or guiding them through spiritual and mindset breakthroughs, my work is rooted in both faith and practical tools.
What I’m most proud of isn’t just the growth I’ve seen in my own platforms—it’s watching women I’ve coached finally believe in themselves, finally launch the thing they’ve been sitting on, and finally walk in their calling with confidence. That lights me up every time.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach. I don’t just focus on content—I focus on the creator. Because if your heart, identity, and mindset aren’t aligned, your content will never carry the full weight of your impact. I bring my full self into this work—faith, family, creativity, and leadership—and I create safe spaces where women feel seen, challenged, and empowered.
And honestly? I believe what sets me apart most is the Holy Spirit. I don’t move without God’s guidance, and I’m not interested in building platforms that lack purpose. I want to see women win—in life, in purpose, and in legacy.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is living a life of obedience to God and helping others do the same. I believe obedience is the doorway to true purpose, peace, and power. I’ve learned that success without alignment is empty—and that real impact begins when we stop striving and start surrendering.
My heart beats for legacy—raising my children in truth, loving my husband well, and building something that outlives me. I care deeply about helping women not just chase goals, but walk boldly in their God-given assignments. Whether that’s through content, coaching, or conversation, I want to be a vessel that reminds others of who they are and Whose they are.
I also value wholeness—spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. I’ve seen firsthand how our internal world affects everything we put our hands to. That’s why I’m passionate about cultivating spaces where women can grow in every area, not just one.
Ultimately, what matters most to me is hearing, “Well done.” If I’ve inspired someone to get back up, draw closer to God, or believe in the beauty of their own story again—then I’m doing what I was created to do.
