Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Payab
Hi Stephanie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey with real estate began in 2003 when I was pregnant with my third child. After a short time, I stepped away and came back ready to hit the ground running.
The market crashed in 2008, and I learned how to grow in a great shift of what was considered normal to very much not normal. In 2011, I started mentoring other real estate professionals that sparked a desire for more of a leadership role. I incorporated in 2016 as I saw the industry changing (change is, after all, the only constant!), and I found having a resourceful team with a common goal to be the best path forward.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I don’t think any entrepreneur has a smooth road! It takes time to build relationships with clients and get traction on your business, but I don’t like to see any of it as a struggle– it’s a challenge, and I don’t like losing! If you think of it as a game, it makes everything more fun and optimistic.
