Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Clark.
Hi Sarah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Since a young girl, I was always drawn to fashion as a way of self expression and a source of inspiration. In my teenage years, as I dreamt about what I wanted to do for a living, I knew I wanted to be surrounded by fashion. I wanted to experience those feelings that the runway evokes – beauty, avant-garde design, sophistication, glamour, mystery and excitement! It was serendipitous that one of my first jobs out of college was on the PR team at UGG. My gifts as a writer and a social connector were suited perfectly to PR and I was delighted. After learning more about the PR trade and the fashion industry, I was young, naive and brave enough to venture out on my own and start a PR Agency in my mid 20’s. I made a list of my dream clients, and I landed them one by one. My first client was REVOLVE, and my second client was BURTON. I slowly learned that building meaningful relationships and creating brand partnerships and campaigns is what set me apart from my competition among other agencies. I always like to look at how to disrupt the industry and pave a new path forward with brands. Over the years, as my interests have grown, I have expanded from fashion clients into beauty, wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. I have also expanded from traditional PR into marketing, creative direction and social strategy. My business has shifted and grown with me as I have evolved over the years. As I now balance a family and a good amount of travel, I only take on a handful of very aligned clients at a time – where I can act as an extension of their PR, marketing and social teams and where I can have a significant impact on helping to shape their brand. I have built up an extensive network of Editors, Influencers, Actors, Brands, Photographers and Creative Talent that I connect on a project basis, that only I can offer to brands in this way to curate an experience perfect for them. I find my work meaningful and fulfilling, and I love bringing together a curated mix of the perfect people for each project. I work with so many talented people and it is so inspiring! I love what I do as much now as the first day I began.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The struggles have been in times of economic downturns, when PR is often the first thing that brands cut from their budget. I have experienced this twice in my career, most recently during COVID when I lost two of my clients. I had to quickly pivot to offer new ideas that would work for brands during COVID. I was hosting virtual events on Zoom with food and drinks and care packages being delivered to guests. I relied on my network to help find new clients, and I got creative on how to create new virtual activations. These times were very uncertain and difficult, but I point to my persistence, leaning into my connection with others, and creativity that has always found a path forward.

We offer PR, Marketing and Creative Direction and create communications, content, strategies and environments that transform brands, drive business and better our communities – helping to launch new brands and revitalize established ones. We work with brands in fashion, beauty, hospitality, health, lifestyle, and wellness. Our expertise is in understanding the community that is equally passionate about living an elevated lifestyle while being socially conscious. We develop, curate and support brands to share their story in a unique, profound, and engaging manner.
What makes you happy?
My heart is full when I am surrounded by friends, my dog Sattva, and my family! I find connection the most beautiful and fulfilling part of life. My favorite thing is to sit around a table of delicious home cooked food (that I love to cook!) with a room filled with music and laughter. This and also being in nature – at the beach or in a forest, where I am in awe of the beauty of our world.
