Today we’d like to introduce you to Rose Rosenfeld.
Hi Rose, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Being an entrepreneur has always been my calling, I’ve had the creative yet business mindset since I could remember. In 2021, when the film industry was at a slower pace and I started working for an events company, helping out with celebrity birthdays and private events at there homes. I had some very interesting and exciting experiences and memories from that period of time, but I soon realized that I could do something like that on my own…. So I met up with an old peer of mine who did something very similar and we decided that we’d make a great partnership in business and could do our own thing. So 2 years down the track, and we’ve just celebrated sunset staff’s two year anniversary of being in business!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I don’t think any business is a smooth road, business has constant ebbs and flows, just like life! After COVID, a lot of budgets were cut, especially with events and so we had to really focus and negotiate with a lot of clientele to make things happen!

Sunset Staff is a full service staffing agency used as a market disruptor in the staffing space: because we’ve observed “horror stories” from event staffing by competitors, we narrowed our margins to pay staff better and charge less to clients — resulting in better energy from staff + better value for clients. 
We have a“model staff” offering: they don’t just supply models, but “professional talent” who are represented by top agencies across the United States!
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Patience, persistence and perseverance are the three qualities that I find most successful.
