Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It is an interesting question. Thank you. It absolutely has not been a smooth road. With any business there has been struggles. But we don’t dwell on that. You are constantly putting a lot of trust in yourself and others, and the risk of each decision is always magnified with a small company. As an entrepreneur, you can never expect to be expert in all areas of running a company: marketing, finance, sales, social media, hiring, firing, etc. It took us a while to navigate which of those areas would be a struggle for us, and it’s a constant battle of where to direct your energy.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I could go back in time, I would start working on my client list from day one.

Also, I would have turned to affiliate programs much earlier than I did. And I would have collaborated with other IT companies much more than I did when I was starting out.
